UFO Alert: FAA Silences Air Traffic Controllers and Hoax Theory has Problems
|
by Bill Knell
On Monday, April 21, 2008, odd red lights appeared in the sky over Phoenix, Arizona. Video and photos were taken and Air Traffic Controllers in the main tower at Sky Harbor International Airport saw them. The FFA says that the lights did not appear on radar and weren't a threat to any air traffic, so no action was taken. However, the FAA has issued a statement saying that they will not allow the Air Traffic Controllers to talk about what they saw.
According to regional FAA Spokesperson Ian Gregor, it's against agency policy to allow the ATCs to discuss what they saw. The Phoenix New Times reported the story about the silencing of the Sky Harbor Air Traffic Controllers. They have already filed an official request to receive any documents or recordings that contain statements about the lights by the ATCs.
When asked what the FAA plans to do about the appearance of the lights in the sky over Phoenix on Monday night, FAA Spokesperson Ian Gregor said, "There is nothing to investigate." This is in direct opposition to the FAA policy to investigate anything and everything strange that might be reported in the sky over the USA. That policy has been in place since the terrorist attacks of 9/11/01.
Just a day after the lights were spotted, the Arizona Republic newspaper reported that Phoenix resident Lino Mailo claimed his neighbor launched several helium balloons with flares on them. Lilo says the balloons went up in the sky from his neighbor's yard around 8pm on Monday night. A Phoenix Police Helicopter Pilot also says that he saw what he believed were helium balloons with flares hanging from them. Despite these claims, there are some problems with the helium balloons explanation.
After hearing the hoax story, I contacted a friend who lives in Phoenix. He agreed to try and reach Mailo or his neighbor. Since the article came out on Tuesday, attempts to contact Lino Mailo have failed. He does not answer his door and his neighbor wasn't home when my friend stopped by on two occasions. In fact, people living two houses down from Mailo say that they know Lino's next store neighbor and he was not home on Monday night. They claim they were out in their own backyard that evening and would have seen balloons with flares being launched. They also agreed to ask him about the flare story when they next see or speak with him.
By contrast, a number of witnesses have come forward to say that jets took off from Luke Air Force Base on Monday night. Luke still claims they had no aircraft in the sky that evening. Further, I asked Kelly Atwood, a professional photographic software expert, to take a look at the video and photos from 4/21/08 lights event. She has extensive experience examining UFO photos for legitimacy and has been able to identify many hoaxes involving balloons, dry cleaning bags and flares.
Kelly says that the lights were too bright and the wrong color to be flares. She also states that the video does not show the normal affect that flares exhibit as they burn. Instead, the lights resemble objects that would have been much larger with a steady source of illumination. Kelly lives in phoenix, but was working on Monday night and didn't see the lights.
Apart from the holes in the hoax story, the FAA issues and Luke Air Force Base denials that jets were in the air when residents living near Luke say jets taking off, there are other things that point to the fact that strange lights have been back over Phoenix for some time. All told, there have been hundreds of reports about strange lights and unidentified objects in the Phoenix area since the original March 13, 1997 infamous 'Phoenix Lights' event. Many of the reports include photos, video, and come from credible witnesses.

Extraterrestrials, Military Flight Commanders and Citizen Diplomats
|
by Ed Komarek
I just ran across an article written by Ronald Erdrich about Ricky Sorrells‘ UFO/ETV encounter near Stephenville Texas in January. Ricky has been out hunting when a huge UFO blocked out the sky. When he looked at the bottom of the craft through his rifle scope what he saw were cone like protrusions on the bottom and a slight atmospheric distortion. The object was completely silent. LINK
But what interested me the most was what happened afterward. People have reported jets chasing UFOs in the area. The sightings around Stephenville became mainstream news and the Air Force that first denied that it had planes in the area on that day later had to recant. Since then there has been major ongoing Air Force and UFO activity around the Stephenville area.
According to the Ronald Erdrich interview with Mr. Sorrells there were a huge number or requests by journalists for interviews and Ricky had become overwhelmed by phone calls and eventually stopped answering the phone. But before this he got a call from a man describing him as a military officer, a lieutenant colonel who gave his name and wanted an interview. Ricky thought he claimed to be with the Air Force. When Ricky said he was tired of giving interviews the man got angry and demanding.
A battle of wills ensued and each threatened each other. Then Ricky said, “I wish you would quit flying those helicopters over my airspace.” That apparently hit a nerve with the caller and the caller shouted back that it was not Ricky’s airspace but his!
I quote from the Erdrich article the following; “Since the incident, Sorrells said aircraft began making regular appearances over his property, searching for something. One morning, he said, three small helicopters, accompanied by a larger one, roused him out of bed. He got up, put on his boots, went outside to his pickup and let his displeasure be known by shining his spotlight on one of the aircraft. The pilot shielded his eyes, the helicopters then slowed down, turned and surrounded him, hovering. “So I’m here in my underwear and my boots, with a spotlight at two o’clock in the morning, and I’m thinking, “This isn’t smart.” I turn off my spotlight, I wave at them, and I get in my house.”
The reason I found this report so interesting is that I see a pattern developing between the Air Force chasing ETs being watched by civilians on the ground, most who are just witnesses, but in my case a couple claim to be contactees having friendly relations with the ETs. When I went public with our case and the UFO/ET activity east of Moultrie Georgia about 8 hours after I went public my contactee friend’s house was bombed with flares so close and so numerous that they stunk up the area. This was an obvious attempt at intimidation.
Such a coordinated action would have to have been authorized by the flight commander of Moody Air Force base that was about 30 miles away. So not only do we here in South Georgia have a interaction with ETs in the local area we find ourselves in interaction with the local Air Force and apparently the flight commander responsible for what I assume are classified missions involving ETVs (Extraterrestrial Vehicles). In the case of Ricky Sorrels not only was their a confrontation as we have had, but also a phone call by a person who may have been the flight commander out of Dyess Air Force Base near Abilene Texas which is about 75 miles away.
Obviously the ETVs seem to have the Air Force in these areas in a near panic trying to defend U.S. airspace. I think it is about time that we civilians meet with the flight commanders of these bases to discuss issues of importance to both military and civilians. We don’t have to be adversaries and I think we can work together on this. I don’t think the military commanders at these bases are getting the whole story and neither do we, so we can both gain from information sharing.
Now that we have established our credentials so to speak I hope to get in touch with the flight commander of Moody Air Force Base and see if we can sit down for a chat.
UFO/ET investigator Steve Moreno says that the flight commander of Travis Air Force base in California invited him to lecture on UFOs there in 1999 to the pilots and officers. At the time there were very significant sightings of ETVs in the area of Steve’s home which is close to the Base. I think the actions of Steve and the Flight Commander could be a mutually beneficial model of cooperation between civilians and the military in other ETV hotspots. I think we can learn from each other and work together through the grassroots to pressure national and international leaders into a more enlightened policy toward non-hostile extraterrestrial races, than is presently the case.

Newsman Helped Shape McMinnville, Promote UFO Photographs
|
Dies at 89 - Philip N. Bladine "was a pillar," publishing the town's News-Register paper Friday, April 18, 2008ABBY HAIGHT The Oregonian Staff
McMinnville's Philip N. Bladine was an economic visionary and an old-fashioned newsman, a consummate civic volunteer and a golfer who always had faith his next shot would sink into the hole.
When Bladine died Wednesday at 89, the longtime News-Register publisher left a community shaped and seasoned by his presence.
Bladine, born Nov. 19, 1918, in Cedar Falls, Iowa, arrived in Oregon in 1932 after his father, Lars, purchased the McMinnville Telephone-Register. Bladine graduated from McMinnville High School, attended Linfield College and graduated from the University of Oregon in 1940 as the outstanding graduate of the School of Journalism.
World War II saw Bladine serve in the U.S. Marines as an executive officer of an LST ship, which carried U.S. Marines and landing crafts to Japan. He married Margaret Eleanor Greene in 1943 in Portland and settled into the family business, working as an editor with older brother, Jack, serving as publisher.
The brothers built radio station KMCM, then bought the News-Reporter and merged it with the Telephone-Register to create the News-Register.
Bladine loved a good story and wasn't afraid of a little showmanship.
When one of his reporters learned that a local farming couple had taken snapshots of a "flying saucer," Bladine put the picture on the front page under the headline, "At Long Last -- Authentic Photographs of Flying Saucer?"
The photo was a worldwide sensation. During a nationally broadcast interview, Bladine agreed to send a copy of the paper to anyone who sent in a dime -- the cost of a newspaper. He expected a few responses.
The newspaper was deluged with dimes.
Bladine, who was publisher of the News-Register until 1991, joined a 50th anniversary celebration of the famous photo staged by the McMenamins Hotel Oregon, site of the annual UFO Festival.
Bladine's influence spread through the region.
He helped found the web printing plant TYP in Hillsboro, and briefly owned several community newspapers. He served with the Oregon Newspaper Publishers Association, receiving its Amos Voorhies Award in 1974 and was inducted into the ONPA Hall of Fame in 2001.
Bladine twice ran for Congress as a Republican.
As a founding director of McMinnville Industrial Promotions, Bladine campaigned for diverse economic development.
"He was one of those people, when he walked in the room you knew it," said Douglas S. Fredricks, a McMinnville attorney who has known the Bladine family since childhood.
In his later years, Bladine enjoyed early morning walks and hit golf balls at the country club he helped establish.
In 1976, Bladine was chosen McMinnville's First Citizen.
"He was a pillar," Fredricks said.
Bladine is survived by his wife, daughter, Pam, and son, Jeb, who succeeded his father as publisher and editor of the News-Register.

UFO Hunters Information Based on Word of a Charlatan
|
THINGS THEY FAILED TO MENTION
written by Cullan Hudson
Thursday, April 24, 2008-While watching a repeat episode of UFO Hunters recently on the History Channel, a colleague heard mention of an Oklahoma City connection in their "Reverse Engineering" episode. In the episode, the team investigates claims that both individuals and government agencies were hard at work reverse-engineering captured UFOs of extraterrestrial origin.
One interviewee claimed he had even ridden on such a device, which transported him 10 miles away in just a few seconds. This gentleman says the device had been constructed by Otis Carr with plans purportedly drawn by Nichola Tesla. The man claimed the craft "vibrated" to the frequency of the destination and that this resonance somehow moved the craft to its desired location.
Eager to absorb yet another unverifiable witness testimony as the gospel truth, the UFO Hunters team doesn't question what they are hearing. Had they bothered to ask the simplest of questions - who is Otis Carr? - they might have been shocked at the answer. In researching this very question, my colleague and I learn that Otis T. Carr was a one-time hotel desk clerk from Baltimore who had a scheme.
Otis T. Carr arrived in Oklahoma City sometime in early 1959 and immediately set about soliciting contributions for the development of his OTC-X1 "flying saucer," which he claimed would be able to fly to the moon and back. His launch was scheduled for December that year. Not long after his arrival, he also entered into a contract with Frontier City, an Oklahoma City amusement park, to develop a spaceship ride based upon his OTC-X1.
Establishing himself as OTC Enterprises, Inc., Otis T. Carr and his associates, Norman Colton, Lari Kendrick and Charles Rhoades, Jr., began selling unregistered stock shares to individuals like Yukon pilot and railroader, Gurney G. Warnberg. Once the Securities and Exchange Commission got wind of this, a restraining order was obtained to block further sales. The SEC filed a deposition with the federal court on May 11, 1959 wherein Carr employed Fifth Amendment rights 85 times, avoiding questions concerning his finances and OTC Enterprises, Inc. It had been said he raised roughly $50,000 in "capital".
All the while, Carr was busy working from his "laboratory" in the 4800 block of NW 10th street in Oklahoma City. In April, he drummed up publicity with local news media by promising a demonstration of the craft, which he claimed operated with magnetic fields and counter-rotating mechanisms.
The test flights were postponed twice. After the second cancellation, Carr told the media that a total redesign might be needed. The most reporters got to see was a partially disassembled saucer that looked like two 6' metallic bowls sandwiched in opposing directions. At the top was a retractable entry hatch and it rested on tricycle wheels below. The saucer stood approximately 4' high. A third demonstration was slated that summer at the Frontier City amusement park. Once again, the crowds gathered but the saucer was a no-show. It slowly became clear that Carr intended to take them for a ride - just not to the moon.
Unfortunately, as the media buzz surrounding the saucer waned (it was a joke by summer), the fervor with which they covered his legal woes never faltered. In a suspicious world, one might see retribution in documenting each stumble the would-be inventor made. The press had been strung along by Carr, who swept into town like the Music Man, and they weren't happy about it. Carr gave them plenty of ammunition to work with too.
In November 1959, a jury found Carr guilty of securities fraud and Judge Clarence M. Mills fined him $5,000. He was lucky. He could have faced up to three years in prison. Upon leaving the courtroom, TV cameraman, Scott Berner, was assaulted by Cleve Bordner, an investor in OTC Enterprises, Inc.
It is probable that Carr left Oklahoma shortly after his trial, leaving his attorney to file appeals to postpone paying the fine. His colleagues, Wayne Aho and Lari Kendrick, faced similiar charges. A felony warranted was issued for Norman Colton, the OTC X-1's "flight engineer." Colton disappeared in the wake of Carr's legal troubles.
However, less than a year later Carr was at it again in California. The "inventor" had moved his operation to Apple Valley, California. He told locals there that his "flying saucer factory" would employee 200 workers with an annual payroll of a million dollars.
Carr claimed his factory would work in three areas: developing his working saucers, engineering a 5,000 watt "power package" for industrial applications, and building spaceship rides for amusement parks. The latter would have, according to former Frontier City promoter, James Burge, violated a contract the promoter had for exclusive amusement park ride manufacturing rights. Burge was the one that initially built a saucer ride at Frontier City, perhaps to assuage resentful customers.
According to a Wikipedia entry, Carr began serving part of a 14 year sentence when his appeals to get out of paying the $5000 fine went unanswered. Sources are murky in that entry though and I have to question the validity of this statement. Primarily because the law enacted in 1957 which was used to prosecute him held a maximum penalty of three years in prison. Of course, it IS Wikipedia, after all. The same entry also says no one in Oklahoma City saw anything more than a drawing of the proposed craft, which is simply not true. Fortunately, Wikipedia does caution readers on the reliability of its references. Carr retired from the UFO spotlight after this period, living quietly in Pittsburgh until his death in 1982.
Despite claims from UFO Hunter’s interviewee of having ridden in this fantastic craft, Oklahoma City "tests" in 1959 and California efforts a year later, yielded no results. This witness also claimed that resonant frequencies were the key to the crafts propulsion. Carr, however, maintained that his OTC-X1 utilized magnetic fields to "fly". Carr never once mentions Nichola Tesla either. Perhaps, this part of his pitch was added later in California or, as I suspect, was wholly fabricated by the less-than-credible witness interviewed by the UFO Hunters.
Had he crack investigative team at UFO Hunters even bothered to check into their witness’ claims, they would have easily debunked this outrageous story and once again exposed the charlatan, Otis T. Carr.

Photograph of Rare "Fire Rainbow"
|
I have a lot of good friends on the Net who ocassionally send me articles, photographs, and other items of interest. One of them is a man named Jim. A few days ago, he sent me a very interesting photograph I want to share with all of you. No, it's not a UFO, it is called a "fire rainbow."
Jim related to me that a fire rainbow is the rarest of all naturally occurring atmospheric phenomena. The clouds have to be cirrus, at least 20 feet in the air, with just the right amount of ice crystals. Also, the sun has to hit the clouds at precisely 58 degrees.
The fire rainbow below was taken recently on the Idaho/Washington border, and lasted about one hour. A big thanks to Jim for sending along the photograph.

MUFON State Director Submits UFO Photo
|
My wife was down in Florida with my father just a couple of weeks ago, accompanying him to Patagonia. He’s always wanted to go. At any rate, on a ferry from Uruguay back to Buenos Aires, she had random notion to take a picture of the sky.
She did not see anything but a couple of wispy clouds. She took the photo and didn’t think any more of it. Later, my father was previewing the photos and found the one attached. Sure enough, a “chance UFO” was photographed (attached). I think it’s an excellent shot. What do you think?

Extraterrestrial Terror Tactics, by Ed Komarek
|
By Ed Komarek
4/18/08-Last night I happened to wake up in the middle of the night and turned on
Coast to Coast with Art Bell and listened to Art interviewing Whitley
Strieber about his new book. The discussion I listened to revolved around
human and cattle mutilations and other horrible acts attributed to
extraterrestrials. Art and Whitley kept pondering amongst themselves as to
why this was happening. I thought to myself, they still don't get it.
Many years ago I wrote some material that still can be found on the
Internet. In it I pondered why would these ET's be so obvious and blatant
in these actions. Why were people and animals being taken up in ships,
mutilated and then dropped back where they easily could be found? Last
night Whitley was talking about cases where human mutilated bodies were even
found on top of houses.
It became obvious to me years ago that mutilations were simply a form of
communication no different than that of crop circles. The only difference
was that human and animal mutilations were meant to communicate and instill
fear and helplessness in the intended target and crop circles were meant to
instill a sense of hope, beauty, clarity and love.
These very different communication strategies are strong evidence of great
ethical diversity in the universe. It is very important that we have an
enlightened extraterrestrial policy that favors ethical ET interactions
rather than unethical interactions as is presently the case.
What has surprises me is that UFO/ET researchers like Whitley Strieber,
David Jacobs, Linda Howe and Budd Hopkins don't seem to be able to grasp
this simple concept. It's as if they are being brainwashed to ignore this
concept so vital to their work. These folks will surely argue vehemently
that they are not the ones being brainwashed at all and it is those like me
that are. J
People are propagandized and brainwashed through repetition of lies and
partial truths and so it stands to reason that the repetition of truth over
and over again will have the desired opposite positive effect. With this in
mind I am going to repeat myself on this again and again until the idea
gains some traction amongst these researchers. Of course it is just not
these researchers in the civilian domain who fail to make this simple
connection but autocrats in government as well. The truth will set you free
but your fear will just as surely bind you.
Fear is a fundamental factor in the creation and maintenance of
autocracy. Autocracy
is a system based on reward and punishment. Subjects obey their masters
because they fear punishment and desire rewards. Why should predatory
extraterrestrials act any differently toward us than we act amongst
ourselves?
In ET cases regarding fearsome and horrible acts it is clear to me that such
acts are meant to instill fear and terror amongst both civilians and
military causing them to think and act is ways that are not in the best
interest to them or to humanity as a whole. When people are fearful not
only are they easy to manipulate or herd, but they also do not see and act
with clarity. Fear, anger and despair obstruct the situational awareness
necessary to avoid predation. We can see this not only in human society but
all around us in nature as well.
What these colonizing predatory unethical extraterrestrials are doing to us
is no different than how whales herd fish through fear and intimidation. The
message behind these mutilations and other horrible acts target autocratic
leadership. The message to these leaders is, get defensive, don't think,
follow your basic survival instincts, form a herd, cover up the truth,
destroy democracy and head right down that road to colonization. It's a
predatory strategy that is working very well.
A bright future belongs to the fearless not the fearful. The way to our
personal and collective salvation is to openly face and overcome our
fear. Full
and open disclosure of extraterrestrial reality is the only way out of this
mess. But disclosure will only be the beginning because those that would
hold dominion over humanity and the earth both terrestrial and
extraterrestrial will not give up their hold on humanity easily. The game
will move from cover up to fearful spin.
Maybe if I keep repeating myself on this over and over maybe these ideas
that the road to colonization is fundamentally based on fear will gain some
traction amongst those fearful of extraterrestrial reality. President
Roosevelt was right in stating, "There is nothing to fear but fear itself."
We can't have an enlightened extraterrestrial policy or a bright future
unless we become fearless and take clear positive actions on our own behalf.
We need national and global democratic leadership that is truthful, open and
fearless not secret, deceptive and fearful. Nothing good can come from an
environment that fosters secrecy, fear and lies.
We have to change the nature of the game not try to play the predatory
deception game better than the adversary. We have to be appreciating,
loving, and honest with each other and turn the climate of fear into one of
love and understanding. It's the only way and the more ethical
extraterrestrials will help us do that if we would only face and surmount
our fear. In his own roundabout way I believe this is what Whitley Strieber
is trying to communicate through his books.

1977 UFO Encounter at Lake Oswego, Oregon
|
Oregon-02-23-1977-about 10:00 PM-Lake Oswego, Oregon, George Rogers Park
After park closing time. 15 minutes after the last car pulls out of the parking lot, my girlfriend and I were standing on the footbridge that crosses Sucker Creek (now known as Oswego Creek). We were facing the Willamette River, looking in the direction of Oregon City. It was a cloudless night and I looked up at the stars.
I noticed one of the "stars" appeared to be moving. "Look over there- satellite," I said to my girlfriend.
We stood on the bridge and watched it move along for a minute or so. It seemed like the closer it moved in our direction, the lower in altitude it was. It was at about a 65 degree angle to us originally, now it was obviously not a satellite. It was flying above the Willamette River, following the river's path towards Portland.
We walked to the end of the footbridge to watch it. The object was now directly over the river from the park. At this point the object slowed way down and was no longer just a light in the sky. It looked to be about as large as small plane or a car. The object appeared round on the underside and had a slight metallic shine. It emitted a slightly greenish/blue light around it, but you couldn't tell where it was coming from.
For a few seconds, the object seemed to change shape toward the top of it. To my eyes, it appeared to take on the shape of a dark greenish angel with a gargoyle type face, then changed back to the disc shape again.
I could hear a very low pitched humming noise coming from it. Not real loud. You could "feel" the noise more than you could hear it. At this moment the object changed directions and flew towards us at a very slow speed. It flew what appeared to be maybe 15-20 feet above the old Iron Furnace and stopped to the left side of it. We are off the footbridge now and are standing in the parking lot.
After the object stopped moving, it seemed to take on a brighter bluish color. It seemed to not come from it, but around it. We stood there stupefied. I instantly knew that "they" (whatever "they" were) knew we were watching. The object seemed to be bathing us in this bluish light. I felt warm all over.
At this point I seemed to have some sort of telepathic contact with the object. I could not hear an actual voice in my head, but more like the feeling of an instant memory. That's about as close as I can describe it.
Some of what I remember them "saying":
They were in the area to examine the atmosphere.
They were on this earth to witness the second coming of Christ.
At this point, I had a disbelief of what I was seeing and the "voice" said, "Here is a signal to you, so that you will know we were really here."
At the very moment I "heard" this, small green lights lit up on the object. Starting at the bottom right, and coming on one at a time until it reached the top. Then two larger red lights in the center of the object came on and flashed a few times.
Then the "voice" said, "We are going to come down to you into the parking lot and take you up with us."
At that moment I was terrified and thought back to them "If you do that, I will go insane!"
At the very moment I thought this, the blue light that was bathing us turned off and I was cooler again. The red lights went out and then the green lights went out one at a time (in the opposite direction they came on). The object then started shaking violently back and forth, then shot at extremely fast speed down and to the right.
I thought to myself "Oh no, it's going to crash!" It flew behind a tree, but I raced out into the parking lot to see it going down.
Right before it would have crashed, the object sort of melted (heat-wave look) away into nothing and was gone. My girlfriend later said she could not remember anything that happened after the blue light hit us. She said she felt frozen in her footsteps and could not move until the object was gone.
The next day I had a slight sunburn on my face even though it was February.

Arizona-Two UFOs Side by Side
|
04-14-08-This is becoming a daily event. I was outside having a smoke break and as usual I was scanning the skies to see if I could find any of the star-like UFOs that I have been seeing on a daily basis here in Phoenix, but I didn't see anything like that at all. As I turned to go back in the building I looked up one last time and this time I saw two very distinct round or possibly disc-shaped UFOs flying side-by-side, heading from West to East at a fast rate of speed. They never wavered in the distance between the two of them as they were flying along either - just rock steady. If anyone else in Phoenix is seeing these things - PLEASE email me and let me know what you are seeing too. I just can't believe that I am seeing UFOs every single day now... what is going on ? Thanks for listening - John in Phoenix. source: www.ufocasebook.com

Iowa-Object with Blinking Lights
|
04-16-08-My name is Wes N., and I saw a very unusual UFO tonight. I was getting a glass a water, and I looked out our kitchen window that's when I noticed a large object with fast blinking red lights. I couldn't determine a shape, but the red lights started off blinking slowly then they seemed to pick up pace while I watched it! This object came from the north and was heading south.
I live here in Altoona Iowa. I watched this object for about four minutes. Now this object was heading slow, and was possibly flying at seven hundred feet so it was low, and the weather tonight is partly cloudy and warm. source: www.ufocasebook.com

Utah-Diamond-shaped Object Seen
|
04-17-08-5-5:30 PM-in Salt Lake City. I saw what looked like a giant kite, blackish grey, diamond shape object with a few things smaller following behind it. It was big! Then disappeared. Then a few minutes later when I was on the freeway I saw it again flying by the Wasatch mountains. I was on the phone with my husband describing it to him. Then I had to watch my driving and I lost it again. I know someone or a lot of people would have seen it. This is the 2nd time this week I have seen something strange. Last Sunday I sent you my report with several witnesses in the back yard, about the star object and the flashing one in daylight. Thanks again. It's been a hot spot this week up here in Northern Utah. SP-source: www.ufocasebook.com

Australia-Black Triangle Observed
|
April-2004-Nerang, Queensland-Approx. 5:45pm to 5:55pm. The reporter, along with another witness, saw a black triangle UFO with lights on the corners. The UFO was pretty big, hovering low, about 50 meters in the air.
The weather conditions were rainy, and no other aircraft were observed at the time. There were no electromagnetic effects associated with the sighting. The witness states that: "I got off the phone to my mother who was out about 100 kilometers away, asking for my friend "Gerald" to stay over the night. He went to use the phone to ring his parents and I heard a large buzzing sound, like an aeroplane but different somehow. "Gerald" said to me its just a truck, a minute later, I looked outside and saw a big black triangle, for a few seconds, then it went behind a cloud. I shut the door and hid away.
