New Military Witness to Living Extraterrestrial Lifeform From the Roswell NM Crash Identified By The Disclosure Project
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Steven M. Greer MD, Director of The Disclosure Project (http://www.DisclosureProject.org) reports that a new Army Intelligence witness has come forward with knowledge of an extraterrestrial biological life form who survived the UFO crash at Roswell, NM. This witness saw a living ET three years after the famous crash in New Mexico in 1947. In 1950, this witness, who was at a military facility on the east coast, saw a four to five foot tall ET being who was being held in a cage in a guarded bunker. Apparently the ET was being transported to a facility for study. This witness, who is highly credible, states that he learned that this ET was the sole remaining living being from the Roswell crash in July of 1947. The ET had a larger than human head, and was yellow-gray in color. The ET was in a small cage and under armed guard. This witness states that another ET survived the crash but had since died in captivity. A separate military witness, whose father was a senior official in the US Government, has told The Disclosure Project, that his father made a death-bed confession of seeing an ET being at a facility near where this new Army Intelligence witness had seen the ET. Recently, the sealed account of Lieutenant Walter Haut was released after his death where he confirmed the extraterrestrial origins of the egg-shaped object that crashed in New Mexico in 1947. Dr. Greer stated, "There is growing evidence that there have been extraterrestrial vehicles visiting Earth for many decades and that this has been kept secret for reasons other than national security. The energy and propulsion systems behind these spacecraft have been studied and been kept secret because this disclosure would terminate the need for oil, gas, coal and other forms of polluting but highly profitable energy. The Roswell event is only one of many- and show that rogue covert projects are handling a matter which would best be managed by calmer heads: The Roswell crash was in fact a deliberate targeting of an ET vehicle, and other Star Wars type events have occurred where rogue military operations have targeted these visitors. It is a dangerous and unnecessary game that needs public oversight and full disclosure to the people. Rather than engaging in hostile actions, we need to form an international body to deal openly with this subject and make peaceful contact with these visitors. Militarizing space and targeting these ET vehicles is dangerous, foolish and highly risky. It is time for the truth to be known openly and peaceful contact made by those who can respond to this challenge in a peaceful manner. The advanced technologies that have resulted from tax- payer funded research should be released so that we can move to the next chapter of human civilization- a post-carbon future, free from our addiction to oil and the resulting damage to the Earth's eco-system."
The Disclosure Project is calling for open Congressional hearings on the matter and has identified several hundred military, intelligence and corporate witnesses to events and projects related to ET encounters. In May of 2001, The Disclosure Project hosted a news conference at the National Press Club, reported in the world - wide media, at which over 20 of these military officials testified to what they had witnessed while in the military regarding UFO/ET events. Their testimony may be seen at http://www.DisclosureProject.org. SOURCE The Disclosure Project

Hi again B. J.,
Well, after reading the Knapp report of the sightings above Las Vegas, it's a familiar object to me also. These "things" (I call them White Wisps), I capture every month but only during the first quarter phase of the Moon are probably the weirdest yet. Enhanced, mine are round and resemble a translucent "Death Star". I wanted a witness and had a friend stand next to the scope with binoculars. I would signal him when I saw one on the screen. He didn't see anything with or without the binoculars. Then I took a turn with the binoculars with the same results, seeing nothing. We wanted to eliminate common earthly objects such as our flying spider phenomenon, feathers from flying fighting seagulls (I live on the coast), seed spores (some are fluffy like the Dandelion), bird nesting material etc. And we can honestly say we think we did that.
So, these are at a very high altitude to be reflecting the sunlight at night. And we could only see them through the scope. Possibly they are outside the atmosphere. You'll notice these three in the same clip are at different distances, going at different speeds and different directions, eliminating anything floating with the wind. The first one is very fast and you don't see it until the speed is slowed to 1/10 in the last segment. After enhancing the contrast and color, they show up better. Here is the sequence: First pass in original settings and speed. Second, enhanced in normal speed. Third, enhanced at 1/4 speed. Fourth, enhanced at 1/10 speed. I've included a PhotoShop auto color variation. I have more clips at my site: http://www.boomslanger.com/wisp.htm Anybody else see these things? Thanks, Jack Santa Cruz,CA

By Nicholas J.C. Pistor-ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH-07/13/2007
Strange sightings of a massive, triangular object that stretched across the sky seven years ago have propelled St. Clair County into the heights of UFO lore. "I can't explain what I saw," said Mark Lopinot, an O'Fallon police detective who watched as the object approached his city. "It was shocking." Thanks in part to documentaries that get continued play on cable TV, the sightings by Lopinot and several other police officers have become legend, and St. Clair County has become an important place in the UFO debate. Local police departments often field calls about the 2000 incident and hear reports of new UFO sightings. The county has become a focus for the extra-terrestrial-minded. Lopinot said he has even been approached by a local retired military officer who claimed to have been abducted by space aliens. He said he is contacted by people from all over the area with their own stories. This week, he was fielding calls from a Japanese documentary team interested in UFOs. Whatever it was that Lopinot and the other officers saw that night in January 2000 emitted a bright, colorful light. It flew in total silence. The officers spotted the flying object above Lebanon, Shiloh, Dupo, O'Fallon and Millstadt. One officer reportedly hummed the "Twilight Zone" theme song over his radio as he watched. Peter Davenport, the director of the National UFO Reporting Center in Washington state, called the sightings of January 2000 "astonishing." He said the event is important because it was witnessed by a large number of law enforcement officials, who described the object as a "floating house with bright red and white lights." "The events that occurred constitute one of the most interesting and well-documented incidents our center has ever seen," Davenport said. Davenport, a St. Louis native, talks to dozens of people every day who have seen things in the sky. He acts as a clearinghouse for thousands of eyewitness UFO reports every year. A stream of UFO sightings have been reported from the Metro East since 2000. The most recent: A report filed in June involving a triangular flying object in Columbia. Details involving the that sighting — and thousands of others — are available at www.nuforc.org, Davenport's website. The appearance here last year of so-called crop circles has also turned heads in the UFO community. Theories about such unexplained formations made by flattened crops often involve speculation about extraterrestrials. Field investigators from the Colorado-based Mutual Unidentified Flying Object Network flew over Belleville to investigate the reported circles. They said that 13 circles, varying in size between 15 feet and 50 feet across, were visible among the soybean plants on a farm near Belleville. But it's the January 2000 sky sighting that gets the most attention. The National Institute of Discovery Science, a privately financed research organization in Las Vegas devoted to UFOs and the paranormal, sent investigators to the area to learn more about the incident. Its website classifies the investigation as ongoing. Officials at Scott Air Force Base in O'Fallon said nothing like what was sighted is based at the airfield. The military also does not fly any low-level training or testing routes in the area, a spokesman said. To date, there is no explanation for what appeared above St. Clair County. Meanwhile, several documentaries involving the sighting run in heavy rotation on cable. (The Peter Jennings documentary, titled "UFOs: Seeing is Believing," is set to run again on Sunday afternoon on the National Geographic Channel.) Ed Wilkerson, the chief of the Millstadt police, says his department receives countless telephone inquires about the incident — along with reports of other strange sightings. "We get calls from people who have their own stories," Wilkerson said. "There is no official policy on handling UFO sightings. We just kind of look up into the sky and see if we can see anything." npistor@post-dispatch.com | 618-624-2577 See the St. Clair County-Illinois Sightings

Niece of Betty and Barney Hill — Portsmouth couple who famously claimed to be abducted by aliens— authors book on family's experience.
Stratham author Kathleen Marden, niece of Betty and Barney Hill, poses with her new book "Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience," which gives the true story of the couple's alien abduction. Rich Beauchesne/rbeauchesne@seacoastonline.com By Jeanné McCartin features@seacoastonline.com July 08, 2007 6:00 AM-There were decades during which Kathleen Marden didn't divulge who her aunt and uncle were. She'd witnessed firsthand the circus that engulfed their lives, pro and con. So later when the Stratham resident became a social worker and educator, she decided it was best not to mention her relationship to Betty and Barney Hill. But her interest and curiosity, as well as her love for the two people at the center of one of the most famous — alleged — UFO abductions, eventually led her back to the subject. Along with Stanton T Friedman, Marden has penned "Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience," which will be released in August by Career Press/New Page Books. GET THE BOOK Advance copies of "Captured!: The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience" — to be released in August — are available at Amazon.com and autographed copies can be purchased now at www.StantonFriedman.com.
Betty and Barney Hill were portrayed by Estelle Parsons and James Earl Jones in the 1975 television movie "The UFO Incident," and by Lee Garlington and Basil Wallace in the 1996 television series "Dark Skies." It was 1961. Kathy, 13, was at home when Aunt Betty and Uncle Barney of Portsmouth dropped by. They'd come to tell the family what they could recall about their recent, life-changing trip to the N.H. White Mountains. They'd been abducted by aliens. "I was absolutely flabbergasted. But, I had learned in school that none of the planets were inhabited. I never though of anything outside the solar system," she says. "I just assumed we were the only life forms." Nonetheless she believed them. "I had a great respect for them. My aunt was a well-educated social worker for the state and Barney worked for the Boston Post Office and was active in the civil rights movement, a lifelong member of the NAACP. ...; But I was amazed." Marden goes on to explain how well established the two were. The importance of laying the ground is evident as she checks off their involvements and accomplishments. She knew these people. They were not crackpots. Marden's book is intended as a biography of Betty Hill. "It follows her life since 1957 till her death (in 2004). ...; There's a chapter on Betty and Barney's relationship (a bi-racial couple), how it developed." But given the impact of the UFO event on their lives it's the focus. "It changed their world view and changed their life. Marden recalls, within days of the alleged abduction, she and her family were at the Hills' home looking at evidence. "The tops of Barney's car showed deeply scraped forms ...; which he couldn't explain. They were the size of silver dollars, highly polished, circular, on the trunk of the car. And when Betty placed a compass over the sports it spun and spun." Their watches they'd been wearing had stopped working, "though they'd been running perfectly the night before the event. ... They never operated right again." They told of a close encounter with a craft, "at the closest point about 100 feet from them. It was disc-shaped, with a double row of rectangular windows, and an intense blue-white light. There was a red light that telescope from each side of it." For some time the story was kept close and quiet. "They wanted to keep it confidential. ...; But they thought as citizens they needed to report it to Pease Air Force ...; they did on Sept. 20, 1961, the day after arriving home." Curious, Betty started researching UFOs at the local library. In one book she found reference to NICAP, a private organization located in Washington, D.C., comprised of military personnel, and scientists interested in "the UFO problem, dilemma whatever you want to call it," says Marden. Her aunt wrote the group. "She described that Barney returned to the car and was afraid ...; that they heard what Betty described as electric beeping and Barney discussed as buzzing, a series of sounds." The latter incident the last Barney recalled till reaching Ashland, N.H., 35 miles south of the field. Betty retained fleeting memories. Both recalled a roadblock and a huge moon, or red-orange orb silhouetted against the trees. Initially Marden learned most the details a month after the incident when Walter Webb, an astronomer with the NICAP, arrived in October of '61. News of the abduction broke in 1965. Life for the couple and their relatives changed. The pair told their story at a NICAP meeting, in Quincy, Mass. "They weren't on any official agenda, but had agreed to stand up and tell ...; what they saw. Apparently it was tape recorded." One of those in attendance handed the information on to a reporter with the "Boston Traveler." He contacted them and was insistent they talk. They refused and hired a lawyer. "They had a good reputation in the community. ...; They certainly didn't want to be considered crackpots." This is another important point for Marden. In the past the Hills, Betty in particular, were accused of seeking publicity. It just wasn't that way, says the niece. "Barney was appointed chair of Rockingham County Community Action Program and was also on the state advisory board for economic opportunity board. He was also a N.H. representative to the Civil Rights Commission and legal redress to the NAACP and on the New Hampshire regional board." Betty also held positions in these organizations, and was an envoy to the United Nations through their church. "So they really had a lot to lose. ...; They took what action they could to prevent it from being told. But they couldn't stop it." On Oct. 25, 1965, the incident hit the papers with five follow-up articles. "I think not only myself, but the entire family was concerned about it." The reason was simple, "because of the way it would reflect on Betty and Barney and because we were members of the family it would reflect on us as well." Marden was in high school at the time and initially felt no strong effect. Her brother on the other hand was bullied and beaten because of the story. During college and later entering the work field Marden thought twice about divulging the connection. "I was worried that it would effect my professional career and how people would perceive me. So I only told friends until I retired. ...; I sort of separated myself from the affair for a number of years." Today the incident and the research regarding UFO sightings is a part of her life. "I'll tell you why. When I left my profession back in the early '90s I was spending more and more time with my aunt. And something I'd always wanted to do was investigate ...; to find out in my own mind if it had happened, or if Barney had absorbed Betty's dreams." (Barney passed in 1976). While Betty was still alive Marden started what she describes as intensive research. She mapped out distances, looked at landmarks, even took Betty along with her several times. "I had the opportunity to ask lots of questions. ...; I think what cemented it for me was when she gave me the hypnosis tapes." "While you can't really confirm without outside verification, what I was looking for was the independent corroborating information. And I believe I found that." It was in the inconsequential things, she says. Marden explains that when the Hills underwent hypnosis, the doctor imposed amnesia after each session, in part to keep them from exchanging ideas. In 1996 Marden transcribed the tapes and started comparing them with one another and with Betty's dreams. She feels the two accounts often corroborated one another. "During part of the hypnosis I do believe Betty was mixing dreams with other things, a combination of fantasy and reality. I don't think so with Barney." Betty Hill appointed Marden trustee and executor of her estate. After Betty's death in 2004, Marden compiled two permanent archival collections for the Milne Special Collection and Archives Department at the UNH Dimond Library. One is the Hills' civil rights collection, comprised of documents, letters, photographs and newspaper articles pertaining to Betty's and Barney's social and political activities. The UFO collection contains all of all the correspondence, articles, and other material from Betty's extensive files, including new material, Betty's dress, and the forensic paintings of her captors by N.H. artist David Baker. They will soon become available to qualified researchers. "I read every letter she'd written, letters from researchers, serious scientists ...; whose identities will never be revealed. They're studying it quietly. I had her diaries, her memories. The book is based on all this information." There are also hours of tape from interviews between Marden and Hill, with the niece often playing devil's advocate. After retiring from her professional life, Marden became more involved in the UFO world. She was on the board of the international group Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) for 10 years, till resigning recently. She was MUFON's director of field investigators, the arm that trains and tests field investigators, "people qualified to investigate after UFO sightings." The upshot of her own family's sighting? "I do believe there is enough evidence to say I think they probably were (abducted)," says Marden. And yes, she does believe in UFOs, though she's very skeptical of most claims. "I'm very interested in the subject. I'm not a person that is going to go out advocating or proselytizing about UFOs. I think of myself as taking more of a curious, social-science-perspective look at this sort of thing. I find abductions fascinating interesting and perplexing. ...; but unless you show me evidence, I can't say yet it happened."

By CARL ZIMMERPublished: July 6, 2007 The hunt for extraterrestrial life should be dramatically expanded, a panel of scientists convened by the country’s leading scientific advisory group said today, to include what they call “weird life,” organisms that lack DNA or other molecules found in life as we know it. “The committee’s investigation makes clear that life is possible in forms different from those on Earth,” the scientists concluded. Their report, “The Limits of Organic Life in Planetary Systems,” was published today by the National Research Council of the National Academies of Sciences and posted on the NAS web site, www.nationalacademies.org. Other experts hailed the report as an important rethinking of the search for life. “It’s going to help us a lot to make sure we go exploring with our eyes wide open,” said Michael Meyer, the Mars exploration program lead scientist at NASA. Starfish, sequoias, salamanders, and the rest of Earth’s residents seem very diverse. But they’re surprisingly similar on the molecular scale. Every species scientists have studied needs liquid water to survive, for example. They all rely on DNA to carry genetic information. They all use that information to build proteins from the same set of building blocks, known as amino acids. NASA has traditionally looked to life on Earth to guide their search for life on other worlds. Planets and moons that have hints of liquid water have been ranked high on the list of potential sites for life-detection missions. The 1976 Viking mission to Mars searched for traces of Earth-like life without apparent success. But there’s good reason to suspect that other kinds of chemistry could support life as well, the authors of the new report argue. Weird life could differ from life as we know it in small or big ways. DNA uses phosphorus in its backbone, for example. It might be possible to build a backbone out of arsenic instead. Instead of water, life might exist in other liquids, such as ammonia or methane. The report even explores the possibility of life based on silicon, not carbon. Dr. Meyer, who did not help write the report, thinks that astrobiologists should limit their search to carbon-based life forms. “When we look in the universe, the only compounds we see with more than six atoms are all carbon chemistry,” he said. “So there’s a hint that looking for carbon chemistry may be a better bet. There we have some idea of what to look for.” The weird life report calls for NASA and the National Science Foundation to support research on Earth into weird life. Chemists need to investigate “the chemical possibilities for what forms life might take,” said Steven Benner, a member of the committee and a distinguished fellow at the Foundation for Applied Molecular Evolution in Gainesville, Fla. Scientists should also search Earth for weird life. “There’s much about Earth life we don’t understand,” said John Baross of the University of Washington, the chairman of the committee. “There is good evidence that the life we know on Earth was preceded by a weird form of life,” said Dr. Benner. Early Earth life may have been based on RNA, a single-stranded form of DNA. While DNA-based life may have outcompeted earlier forms on the surface of the planet, RNA life may still exist in refuges. One potential hiding place is deep below the ocean floor. “It’s an incredibly primordial world down there,” said Dr. Baross. “If you’re going to look for remnants of an RNA world, those are the environments you want to go to.” To find weird life, however, scientists will have to build new kinds of detectors. “There’s no question that the surveys of life on the planet we’ve done so far would have missed it,” said Dr. Benner. The scientists also concluded that the possibility of weird life should prompt NASA to reorder its future missions. They single out Saturn’s moon Titan as particularly promising. The Huygens probe that visited Titan in 2005 found evidence of liquid methane raining down on its surface, as well as a mix of water and ammonia seeping up from its interior. Both could conceivably support life, although not necessarily life as we know it. “Nothing would be more tragic in the American exploration of space than to encounter alien life and fail to recognize it,” the report concluded.

Hey B J,
I know it looks like I just retired on you sending in unknowns, but as you know it's been raining cats and dogs here in East Texas. I've still been going out between storms and taking a few pics with no results at all until today. Yesterday and today were partly sunny and I still didn't catch anything yesterday. Today was a different story-I kind of thought they all left and went somewhere else. I took several pics of clouds and a couple of small airplanes and am sending you a couple of the best ones I caught. One has a cigar-shaped something that I have no idea what it could be and a shiny object, possibly a sphere. The other has a shiny object close to a small airplane. This all happened on 07-07-2007 around 5:00 pm or so. Larry,

A UFO incident with alien beings is reported from the Alor Islands, in July 1959. Alor islands is located in northern part of Nusa Tenggara Timur province in Indonesia. A retired policeman, Alwi Alnadad said that he handled a case of some strange beings that came there which shocked the inhabitants.
In that time, Alwi Alnadad was head of police office of Alor Islands area (The Alor islands consist of two big islands, Alor and Pantar island). The incident was firstly reported in Alor Island. At first, he didn't believe the incident reported by some of the inhabitants. He even thought that the story was nonsense. But, the incident was then blown up sensationally for weeks. It was reported that some strange beings appeared in the east side of Alor Island. Their height is about 1.80 metres and their skin was reddish. Their eyes looked like human eyes and their hair was a wavy white. They wore dark blue clothes and pants with long arms and high collars, belts with a grey cylinder stick, and black military boots. Their appearance was very strange for the inhabitants. The inhabitants said that the strangers were suspicious and looked liked they were searching for something.
Some days later, a report said that some strange beings with dark blue clothes appeared in a village in southern Alor Island. There were six people which had the same characteristics as that reported days before. Some of them had beards. Another report came from Pantar Island (west Alor Island). Some inhabitants said that the strange beings were again searching for something. A few days later, a village on the east of Kalabahi city was astir with a story that a villager was kidnapped by some people with dark blue clothes. The villager had descended a sugar palm (enau) tree when he saw some beings surrounding him. He tried to run, but these strange people pointed their cylindrical sticks toward him. He became paralyzed.
He heard them speak to each other in a language he could not understand. One of them showed him a circle thing like an alarm clock. He was told to watch the thing, and he could see things far away. He thought it didn't make sense because there was jungle and high hills stretched in front of him. He then realized that the strangers wanted him to be a guide. The next day, a six-year-old child was kidnapped by the strangers. Some inhabitants found him in the field, frightened and confused.
The location of the kidnapped child was surrounded by the police. At about midnight, the sound of an explosion broke the silence. The strangers appeared, about 13 metres from the policemen. The policemen all shot at the strangers, but strangely, no blood found in the place where the strangers stood, not even a dead body. The shots were very close to each other, and someone should have been killed or injured. The police only found some trees fallen down and footprints, but no sign of the strange beings. After the incident, there were many inhabitants that saw a white, glowing oval flying object fly above the sea at a high speed. It flew over the beach from west to the east side. After that, the story was slowly forgotten, and has been solved to this day.

07-06-07-I was outside with my two buddies about 10:30 p.m., we were
admiring how well you could see the stars that night when I saw what looked to be a satellite moving through the night sky,
then I realized... satellites don't blink, it was blinking and moving pretty quick. It went to a solid color, continued to
make a big arc in the sky, slowed down then disappeared into the darkness of the night. During it both my buddies and I were
trying to think what it was, it was blinking then went to a solid color then disappeared, We were saying that it was way to
high to be a plane and way too fast and erratic to be a satellite. After it disappeared I was chilled to the bone... I didn't

My Father and I were in our swimming pool, when my Dad noticed something flying in the sky. My Dad thought it might have been
a bird or a jet airliner. (He didn't have his glasses on) all he noticed was a circle of shaded light with some kind of
square lines around it. Once my Dad pointed the object out to me, I saw beyond the trees, for about 15 seconds, a triangle about a centimeter long. My guess was that it was about 4,000 ft. high. Trailing it were 2 black dots about 2 x bigger than a period in this font. The triangle itself was glowing a dark yellow. The reason we lost sight of it was because it trailed above the trees, out of our sight. It was silent and moving maybe faster than a jet airliner. I didn't care for it at the time, and I continued swimming with my dad. But later the next day (today) my Mother convinced me to write this report. copyright www.mufon.com |

07-07-07-We were up very late on July 7,2007. Our dog was giving birth at the time and he was down in the field tending to
her. I decided to go down and check on the progress of the dog and to tell my husband that I'd stay with her while he went up
to the house to eat dinner. He left me with a flashlight and went on up to the house to eat. It was roughly 1:10-1:15 AM (SO
IT WAS NOW 07/08/07). I grew up here, I know the area well, so being alone in the dark didn't bother me. I used the
flashlight to look at the one puppy that had been born. I petted our dog & I decided to turn off the flashlight to save the batteries. I was seated on the ground next to our dog. Behind me was a very small barn, it used to be a goat/pony barn. It's roughly 12'x20'. And only about 5' tall. Even when sitting on the ground, I could clearly see all of the night sky. It was a very clear night and all the stars were visible.(We have no street lights, or anything like that. This is a rural area up a hollow w/woods on each side) The dog and I were inside the lot (fence) that surrounds two sides of the little barn. My husband had taken out the other dogs that had been in the lot and he had left the two fence openings open. As I sit beside of the laboring dog (in the dark) I listened to the tiny trickle of the creek in front of us and could hear "critters" in the woods. None of our dogs were barking, so I wasn't worried. We have been watching a show on TV in which the guy gets dumped out in the middle of nowhere & always finds his way back to civilization in a couple of days. He looks to the stars and tells you to look for the North Star if you're lost. Since it was a VERY CLEAR night, I decided to try & find the North Star. Easier said than done! I didn't know which one it was! I kept looking around (about 5 to 10 min.)and was enjoying the beauty of the heavens. When I looked back to my right, I noticed a brilliant light that hadn't been there. It was definitely within our atmosphere & wasn't a star. Then I noticed that it seemed to be coming my direction. It was clearly an aircraft of some sort, not a shooting star, meteor, fireworks, flare, etc. I looked for the flashing lights that accompany a helicopter, jet, airplane, etc. There were NO flashing lights. As it came into view, I could clearly make out 3 VERY BRIGHT white circular lights on the BOTTOM ONLY of the craft. NO other lights on the sides, top or elsewhere. The lights were arranged in a triangular shape. The one light in the front was in the direction in which it was going, with the other two lights behind it(one to the left & one to the right: thus forming a triangle arrangement). They were evenly spaced from each other & were SO bright! It only took maybe 20-30 seconds? from when I first saw it: being a small bright light to being clearly visible and flying towards me. It came from the South and flew to a slight Northwest. (I'm judging the directions based on where the sun comes up and sets here, it may not be exact.) I was freaked out and scared to death! Here I was about 200 ft. away from the house(the house is up a hill too) & I was all alone. My husband wouldn't be back for another 15 or 20 min. and he had no idea what was happening! I didn't turn on my flashlight because I did not want it to detect me & end up directly over top of me! As I sit on the ground, I turned to watch this thing. I watched it come closer and it kept on flying at an even speed, with no dipping or turning. It was clearly flying at an even distance from the ground, not like something falling from the sky. It continued on passing to my right. I had decided I was getting the hell outta there! The last time I laid eyes on it, it was passing behind the trees (but still clearly visible and was still heading in the NW? direction). It was still up pretty high, as high as a high flying helicopter I guess. (I'd say at arm's length, it would have taken a quarter to have covered it up.) As I started out of the fenced lot, it was still visible and I could hear the low sound of it flying through the air. I was too panicked to take the time to see if I could make out an outline of the craft. I ran as fast as I could to the house. When I made it in the door I was saying "oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!" (We are temporarily living with my parents) & everyone was asking what was wrong. "UFO!!!" I managed to spit out and I started to cry. I was so shook up. I felt stupid, but I know what I saw and the extreme fear I felt was real! My heart was racing, not just from running, but from being so scared. I managed to make a sketch of the lights I saw, although my hands were shaking like they've never shook in my life. My heart continued to race for another hour & a half. I was hot, shaking, my face and neck was splotched red, and I also felt like I needed to throw up. It took a couple of hours before I calmed down. I would like to know if anyone else witnessed this, but I'm afraid to notify local authorities about it. It would surely be in the local newspaper! And I'd rather not have that kind of attention! THE TIME WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROX. 1:30 AM ON JULY 8, 2007. copyright www.mufon.com |

07-09-07-About 11 AM this morning (July 9,2007), while watching planes take off from nearby La Guardia Airport (queens, NYC )for
about 10 to 15 min.(as I usually do with my binoculars) I trailed a U.S. Air flight overhead for a few seconds, until it
faded off to the west. looking at the rear of the plane, I spot a silver/metallic like reflection in the corner of my view to
the right. It's not interrupting the plane, but would be considered in its general airspace.(or maybe the plane is in "ITS"
airspace. I watched it for a min, then lost it for about 30 secs , then spotted it again (appears to be twirling , because
of the reflection of the sun on it-no lights!
No sound! no exhaust!) lost it again! (never moved binoculars from object 2nd time, but still ,it disappeared!)
[temp.90d/humid/blue sky] this same object I saw a week ago over a cloud to the S.E. and for the first time June 20 ,2007

07-09-07-My wife and I were walking the dogs north along West Shore Drive. At or about 6:55 PM I noticed a dark, small object
low in the sky. At first, I thought it to be somebody's kite that had become loose. As it approached, I observed it was a
rectangular object about 6 feet by 4 feet, dark gray in color. It made no noise whatever. Conditions were sunny and dry.
There was an intermittent small breeze. The object approached to within 50 feet of my location and was about 50 feet up. It seemed to have yellow reflectors at each corner which caught sunlight. The object made small jerking motions and revealed itself in profile as well as full face. It was thin, probably no thicker than an inch. There were no wires nor strings attached. At the point closest to me, it seemed to hang in the air. I kept waiting for it to fall, but it did not. Finally, it moved beyond a tree line and I saw it no longer. It was one of the most odd things I have ever seen. copyright www.mufon.com |

07-08-07-
While outside having my last cigarette and allowing the dog to go pee before bed, I watched a silver sphere silently float
along from the hills in the distance toward my back yard at a height of about 100 m from the ground, the sphere moved level
with me at a distance of about 100 yards away and carried on in a straight line toward the other horizon a distance of about
20 miles. I went to my upstairs room to continue watching the object. It was about the size of a compact car (bmw mini sized) and completely silver (possibly brushed steel appearance) it was un affected by wind (gentle breeze blowing) and made no noise. It moved in a straight line from when I started to observe it. And did not change height from the ground or speed.(height and speed were constant) Although the dog did not see the object, he bayed to go into the house and scratched at the door i was standing by (which was closed) to go in the house. just prior to me loosing sight of the object and going into watch from an upstairs room. Something i find unusual as the dog usually gets pre occupied sniffing for cat evidence in the garden, he is usually keen to stay out as long as possible, not wanting to come in when called. I have seen the same object many years ago and recall seeing this or a similar object in the late 1980s while on holiday with my parents in southern England, while traveling on the highway (motorway).on this occasion it passed over a service area in a similar quiet constant speed and height fashion, only being seen by my family, several hundred people at the area did not notice the object. And I do recall it passing over the motorway over a truck which must have created huge draft at high speed, but the object was un moved. I live in a densely populated area, in a row of old town, terraced houses. (the houses are around 200 yrs old an all occupied.) The incident happened around 15 mins ago. I could hear neighbors talking at the time through an open window about 2 meters from where I was standing. We have had thunder storms today although there are none at present, the weather is breezy and cloudy. It is fairly dark and the moon is the other side of the house to where i saw the object. I noticed several high altitude plains traveling with landing lights flashing which were much, much higher than this object. The object did not appear to have any effect on local street lighting which it passed over, however i noticed at the time that several evening birds suddenly stopped tweeting as it passed by. I could also hear a police siren in the distance on the busy main road about 500 yards away and heard the 11 o'clock train pass by on the rail line about 200 yards from my home. The time outside lasted around 45 seconds then I watched the object from upstairs for maybe another 20 seconds , before I lost sight of it. I have just noticed that all the digital clocks in the house, microwave , cooker, and the video have started flashing as though there has been a power outage although I didn't notice this at the time, and may be unconnected. copyright www.mufon.com |
