Time: 7:05 p.m. -7:18 p.m. Email to Brian Vike I have been telling you that I have alot of video (over 5 hours) and that I was sending you the highlights of all my sightings by this weekend and on Monday I am sending it out to you, finally. I want to give you some more clips of these highlights because I think they are important and I didn't want to wait a week to hear what you have to say about these particular clips I am sending you today. (July 18th, 2004) This is something that happened on June 27th, 2004 at 7:05 p.m.-7:18 p.m.. I wrote to you a couple of weeks ago about this story and you posted it with the picture I grabbed from the video I am sending you today. The object when viewed through the binoculars looked like 50 to 60 balloons tied together to form an arch. They were red and blue mostly with some white ones scattered throughout the object. But when I watched it for a minute I saw that it was rotating and changing shape and heading my way, East from West. The object, in my opinion looked to be no higher than 1000 feet.high. I grabbed the video camera and video-taped the event for 18 min. When I first spotted it I was waiting for it to come over my house but the object stopped a few blocks short and parked itself in the N.W. sky. At one point it looked like a spinning top and then it turned a little and looked like a WWII cannon. It then started to straighten out and change color to an orange and yellow with a portion of it looking like it was black. It went horizontal and vertical and turned very slowly. It teetered back and forth and it never moved from its position. Actually, once it straightened out it stopped moving in my direction or any direction. After several minutes of taping this I thought it would be a good idea to put the camera on the tripod and watch the event till the end or whenever it disappeared. But as I am putting the camera on the tripod I kept one eye on the object and I was just starting to look up to adjust the camera and I noticed that the object(s) dispersed left and right. But it was so fast it looked like a blur to me and I never got to record that because it happened before I got the camera situated on the tripod. I hope this comes out good on your end. I will send other clips of this one at a time through several emails so you can check it all out and I can fit it all. Thank you again and again. On July 12, the UFO Casebook received a set of images from Dima D. from Haifa, Israel. The picture was taken from the downtown area of Haifa on July 9, 2004. The witness states that there were no other planes in the sky at the time. It was clear and sunny, about 32 degrees celsius. Of the two images, identical except for the object, taken with a Sony camera, one shows nothing out of the ordinary, whereas the second shows an anomalous object. Could this be an unusual cloud formation? If so, it has a straight edge on it. A reflection, bird, or balloon? The object could be semi-materialized, either appearing or disappearing. This intra-dimensionality effect was noticed recently in a new video from Phoenix. We would like to thank Dima for sending us this interesting image. According to the Polish newspaper Fakt military personnel have the command to shoot down UFOs. A Fakt journalist stated that Captain Adam Krysiewica of Naval Sources confirmed this position taken by the Polish military. The newspaper also stated that the military keeps a close watch on the Polish skies, letting nothing out of the ordinary escape their radar or eyes. Polish UFO enthusiasts are writing a letter to the military requesting that they reconsider this "shoot first, and then ask questions later" attitude. The UFO proponents stated that the order makes a negative assumption that any unknown flying objects that could be of extraterrestrial origin would be hostile in nature. Date: July 17, 2004. Time: 10:00 a.m. email to Brian Vike: Brian. How are ya? I saw something today that you may enjoy as much as I do. I taped the same (stepper UFO) object I did last week but this time it was directly over my house and I taped 10 more minutes with an interesting climax. There's 2 to 3 orbs. The main orb, or the one in front, is a golden-white color and seems to be the lead object. The other orbs are blueish-black and seem to be causing the tumbling motion you see. They are generally in the back of the white orb from where I am watching them and the seem to be moving but the white object seems to keep it in check or in control. That's what is causing the tumbling motion. That's my opinion. We've had some monsoon activity and with the humidity there seems to be a thin haze in the sky. Maybe a few thousand feet high, maybe a little more. but no higher that 5000 ft. The object was moving from the South heading North about 5-10 MPH but pauses once in a while like it is getting its bearings straight and continues along in a general direction. Who knows why it pauses but that's what it does. I put the camera on the tripod and found it immediately, very visible. I moved out of the sun and under my porch to stay cool. Remember, I am in Az. it's already 96 degrees at 10:00 a.m.. And no, today it's not a dry heat thanks for asking. Anyway as I am taping this I let the object do it's thing and when it leaves the camera's screen I have to re-adjust the sight to start taping it again. After several minutes of doing this I am moving the camera to re-adjust when a plane comes out of nowhere and crosses the path of the object and that's what the clip is showing. The object never moves, that's me moving the camera to re-adjust and it just so happens that this plane was coming overhead without me knowing otherwise I wouldn't have moved. Bad timing I guess but I am still happy with the sighting. The object never veers off course. That's me moving to adjust the camera. So I don't want anyone to think that the object was dodging the plane because it wasn't. I know that's what it looks like but it's not true. The plane was seemingly close to the object. A few minutes later the object disappeared into the thin haze and that's when I stopped taping. It's not balloons because balloons don't stop and go and if it's a weather experiment than why would you test your equipment where planes fly? Anyway this was a good day, eh? Here is the UFO that I took a picture of on the night of June 23, 2004. I was outside with my camera at 9:45 PM. I saw a yellowish point of light moving out of the constellation Virgo a little to the west of the star Spica. I had my camera (a Nikon 4300 digital) on nightscape settings so this was a time exposure. I aimed the camera at the object, and I found it impossible to see in the viewfinder, so I took the shot by pointing the camera in the general direction of the UFO. By the time the shutter clicked, the UFO had moved further north and was near the constellation Bootes. This image has been cropped and enlarged to show more detail. In the original image, which I still have, the UFO is smaller and there are several stars scattered throughout the image. The brightest star is probably the star Arcturas. I am under the impression that this object was up very high, perhaps even in space. Since the sun had set about 30 minutes earlier, all the light is reflected off its westward facing side. Danger Down Under: The Christa Tilton Story The following is from an article titled "GOING UNDERGROUND", written by abductee Christa Tilton -- an attractive Blond or 'Nordic-appearing' woman who relates some remarkable contactee and abduction type experiences which she has had involving the Dulce base. Christa was kind enough to take the time to contribute her own fascinating experiences to this work and answer several of my questions so that other abductees, like herself, might better understand their own confusing encounters with alien abductors or even underground facilities: "Several months ago I became aware of two different cases, one in May of 1973 in which a Judy Doraty of Texas had an unusual experience in which she may have been taken to an underground facility; also an abduction case investigated by APRO and a Mr. Paul Bennewitz in which in May of 1980 a Myrna Hansen of New Mexico had a similar experience in which she was taken to some type of underground facility. "Since I am doing the investigation into my own underground experience, I found that to be of help to me or anyone else that might have experienced anything similar, I was going to have to make myself read their transcripts. For months I would procrastinate because I suppose, subconsciously, I did not really want to relive this experience I had -- by reading about another persons' experiences. Now I am glad I did. I finally am going to reveal some of the many correlation's of all three of our cases in hopes that others will come forward with more information. "My experience happened in July of 1987. I had about a three hour 'missing time' in which later, under hypnosis, I relived the most unusual night of my life... I did not go willingly to the craft. Two small aliens dragged me by my two arms on my back to the craft after they rendered me unconscious. The next thing I remember is waking up on a table inside some type of small craft. A 'guide' greeted me and gave me something to drink. I now believe it was a stimulant of some kind because I was not sleepy after I drank the substance. I was taken out of the craft and when I looked around I noticed I was standing on top of a hill. It was dark, but I saw a faint light near a cavern. We walked up to this area and it is then that I saw a man, dressed in a red military-type jump suit [like a pilot would wear]. My guide seemed to know this man as he greeted him as we came closer. I also noticed he wore some type of patch and was carrying an automatic weapon. When we walked into the tunnel, I realized we were going right into the side of a large hill or mountain. There we were met with another guard in red and I then saw a computerized check-point with two cameras on each side. To my left was a large groove where a small transit vehicle carried you further inside. To my right it looked like a long hallway where there were many offices. We took the transit car and went for what seemed to be a very long time to another secured area. It was then that I was told to step onto some type of scale-like device that faced a computer screen. I saw lights flashing and numbers computing and then a card was issued with holes punched into it. I would later realize it was used as identification inside a computer. I asked my guide where we were going and why. He didn't say too much the whole time except that he was to show me some things that I need to know for future reference. He told me that we had just entered Level One of the 'facility'. I asked what kind of facility it was and he did not answer. "This story is so very long and detailed and I hope to write more about it so I will [only] highlight some of the things that I saw... I was taken to a huge looking elevator that had no door. It was like a very large dumb-waiter. It took us down to Level Two where there were two guards in a different color jumpsuit and I had to go down a large hall and saw many offices that had computers that lined the wall. As we walked by, I noticed the lighting was strange in that I could not see a source for it. Other people walked by and never once acted like I was a stranger. I felt I was in a huge office building where there are many employees with many offices and cubicles. I then saw an extremely large area which looked like a giant factory. There were small alien-type craft parked at the sides. Some were being worked on underneath and it was then that I saw my first grey-type alien. They seemed to be doing the menial jobs and never once did they look up as we passed. | MECHANICSBURG -- On July 9, 2004, 12:30 AM, the observer was driving home from work when he saw a bright light in the sky towards Harrisburg, Pa. He states, "At first I thought it was a star but it was way too bright and it wasn't moving at all." So I stopped in my development and watched it. Then it was just gone like someone flipped a switch. Maybe it was just an airplane with its lights on and then they turned it off but it wasn't moving. | ARLINGTON – On July 4, 2004, at 10:15 Single light moving very fast observed in the night sky while waiting for fireworks. I only noticed it because I was watching another light (I believe was an airplane) and this other light overtook it. It was moving at a greater speed than the 'airplane' and moved in an elliptical pattern that seemed to be unattainable by what I know (which is little) of what an airplane or helicopter can do. |

| DAMASCUS – The witness reports seeing a flying triangle while having guests on his patio for the July 4th fireworks around 9:15 PM. "A recently retired Lockheed-Martin aerospace engineer brought his kids over for a barbecue. We were all sitting around talking and he and his family were getting ready to leave when a big triangular craft about 150 feet on each side with whitish lights at the vertices flew over at about 200 feet and 200 mph. LANCASTER - On the morning of June 23, 2004, my girlfriend and I were heading up Route 33 North in South Central Ohio, about three miles south of Lancaster, at 3 PM. We noticed a speckle of light in the sky, starting off as a pinkish light then pulsing to red. The object would have appeared like a normal aircraft, except that this one slowed down to almost a stop then sped up again. We watched it for 30 seconds before it abruptly disappeared. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director MENTOR – A few minutes after midnight on June 27, 2004, a couple was star gazing. The observer states, "My fiance and I saw a slow moving meteor getting brighter from yellow-brown to white-yellow." It got no larger or brighter than Venus and became visible directly over head going north. It also faded slowly in and out of brightness. It was traveling a little slower than a satellite and dimming and brightening. They fly towards the north most of the time, but when they come from the north, they always stop when dim for about 10 to 20 minutes and go back north. | Kim Shaffer MUFON writes, "I was outside at 10:25 PM, doing my nightly sky watch with my binoculars and video camera. I noticed an object to my southwest heading northeast that at first, I thought was an aircraft with it's landing lights on. As I watched it grew bigger and appeared reddish white and spherical in shape. It's relative size was that of a pea at arm's length. I began taping on my Sony handicam. There was no noise, no variation of the illumination and no course change. As I taped, the object passed west of me and I could see that there were two objects, one behind the other. Both were illuminated the same. As the object passed from view to the northeast, I ran inside and went to the "heavens above "site to check the current position of the "ISS" which was over the central Pacific heading SE. | MERIDIAN -- Thursday evening, July 1, 2004, around 6:30 PM, a triangle shaped object was seen that had three round spheres at each point. The witness states, "The object was flying over head a 14 story building three blocks away from Riley Hospital where I work." I went outside to go to my car, and I just happened to look up and see an object flying slowly in a straight level path without making any noise. I observed the object for at least three minutes before it vanished. It was silver in color. The spheres were huge, each one would be three feet in diameter. | ELK CITY -- Jim Hickman reports, "I was advised by two witness's who reported seeing a large green fireball fly over the town on July 6, 2004, at about 9:00 PM. The object was described as being about the size of a tennis ball at arm's length. It's movement was from the northwest to the southeast. I am investigating further. | TYLER – Radio and television stations reported that on July 7, 2004, thousands witnessed an a big ball of fire with a tail, flying across the northeast sky across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Missouri a little after 9:30 PM. Witnesses describe something that looked like a meteor or a comet. The National Weather Service in Fort Worth said the sightings were likely a meteor shower. | LITTLETON -- On July 7, 2004, between 1:40 and 1:45 AM, four witnesses saw a round object near County Line Road while driving north on University Road. The object came straight down in front of them nearly hitting the ground. It was a bright white ball of light that had a short dark green/blue tail. The observer states, "It was moving very fast, coming straight down faster than freefall and diving towards us and I was bracing myself for the impact. It approached to maybe 35 feet above the street, when it suddenly turned off like a light switch. It didn't look like a comet or shooting star. | TUSCON – The witness reports, "I had a hard time falling a sleep on July 4, 2004, because I have renal cancer so I decided to take the golf cart around the course at 3:30 AM. I looked at my watch as I came over a hill and saw a yellow blue red light. I had this strange feeling that I can't explain. I saw a strange craft had landed and there were things walking around examining wild pigs that run around the golf course. When I came to the top of hill, suddenly time stopped. I told myself this was just a dream, but I woke up on the ground and my golf cart was parked where I saw the craft. I don't remember anything else. PORT COQUITLAM, B.C. – On June 30, 2004, the witness was gazing out his window at 3 AM, and noticed a small plane flying west at about three thousand feet above Burke Mountain. He took a quick look through binoculars and saw a second small plane in the same area following the same flight path. He states, "It came to a stop in mid air and what had appeared to be a set of running lights fused into one large white light." The observer started video taping and it appeared to be jumping all over the place. Sometimes as one light, sometimes two or strung out in a line of as many as six. When strung out as six white objects it appeared to have different colored aura's surrounding each object, actually quite pretty to look at. Trouble is when I copy from digital to VHS I lose most of the detail and color. I watched for about fifteen minutes as gained quite a bit a altitude and to the naked eye just appeared to be a star which flickered.
PORT COQUITLAM, BC – Seven hours later, at 10 PM on June 30, 2004, a UFO that looked just like a flying cigarette was seen in the dark blue sky. I aimed my camera over Burke Mountain where most of those strange lights and objects were flying. I saw something flash across the viewfinder. When I wound the tape back later I was kind of surprised to see that the object looked like a flying cigarette. It flew faster than a satellite and had a white luminous glow. I showed it to my doubting wife who told me, "it looks like a cigarette butt." The observer states, "I was sitting with my girl friend on a hill in a park watching for about 90 minutes as four distinct lights hovered above us very high up. There was one very bright one and three smaller ones. At first I thought it was a satellite, but it had an unnatural way of speeding up and slowing down. The lights also gathered together fairly close in the sky at times and then spread out again. They would travel in one direction for a while before curving back in a very sharp turn to another direction. We stopped at 3 AM, when the cloud cover finally blocked them out. | PISCO – An airline pilot rated on B-737 B-757 and B-767 aircraft reported to Air Traffic Control abeam Pisco, Peru that he and other witnesses noticed three very bright slowly moving large objects on February 26, 2004. They passed by us at a distance of 25 miles flying at 20,000 feet. We were at 31,000 feet and there were four crewmembers on our B767-300er that saw it. There also was a Mexicana airliner overhead that noticed the objects as well. The objects were too large and bright to be aircraft and they were flying over the ocean. We called the local Air Traffic Controllers in Lima, but they did not acknowledge they had them on radar. Thanks to Skywatch-International. |

| SEATTLE (SKYWAY) -- My partner and I were in our backyard doing yard work on Sunday afternoon June 27, 2004, around 3 PM, when we sat down for a break and looked up and saw a cigar-shaped object very high up. It looked like a star with a faint white tail pointing downward. It did not appear to be moving. I pointed it out to my partner, who also saw it. The object was slightly to the northeast, at about 60 degrees from the horizon. After about ten minutes the object was no longer visible. On Monday, July 5, 2004, at 7 p.m., "several self-
luminous UFOs, of a potent magnitude with blue and white
tints, flew from the east, the Rio de la Plata, to the
northeast, over the Avenida Nueve de Julio, and to the
barrio Santa Fe," in Buenos Aires, the capital of
Argentina. According to Argentinian ufologist Ricardo E. D'Angelo, "numerous objects" were seen in the northern part of the city, "from the dome of El Congreso (the Capitol building--J.T.) all the way north to the Rio Parana. I received reports from other ufologists in the northern part of the city, notably Carlos Turus and Daniel Valverdi, and they reported the bright objects over both the Rio de la Plata waterfront and the residential neighborhoods of Santa Fe.
