Documentary to be Made about 1994 UFO Sighting in Zimbabwe
    Student Drawing of Sighting
    By Tom Powell

American film-maker Randall Nickerson is in Cape Town this week seeking inspiration for a documentary he is putting together about a UFO sighting in Zimbabwe in 1994.

During morning break on September 14 of that year, 62 schoolchildren between the ages of eight and 12 saw a strange craft land 150 metres from the Ariel School in Ruwa, from which two small beings emerged which were described as having "big eyes like rugby balls".

The children's individual descriptions of the phenomenon were so similar that news of the sighting spread around the globe.

Nickerson was approached with footage taken by the late Pulitzer Prize-winning Professor John Mack, who travelled to Zimbabwe to interview the children after the event.

Nickerson said: "This is a story the world needs to see. Personally, I think it's moving. I've found hundreds, if not thousands, of people who believe it and couldn't find anyone who didn't. It blew my mind when I saw it."

Although Nickerson admits the footage of the event makes it difficult to disprove the phenomenon, he doesn't want his film to be biased.

"I don't want to steer the documentary in any direction at all. I'd rather present all the evidence and let people make up their own minds."

Refusing to believe so many people can be mistaken, Nickerson is visiting southern Africa to shed light on those events.

Having visited the school itself, Nickerson is now in Cape Town to track down some witnesses and investigate some "unearthly" sightings that occurred in South Africa, including two UFO sightings in Port Shepstone and Johannesburg in April.

Anyone who saw the event in Zimbabwe can contact Nickerson on 082 815 4731 or by e-mail at rsnick@gmail.com

    Texas-Triangle Object Observed, June, 2008
    UFO-Depiction
Yesterday morning, June 28, 2008, I was leaving for work at approximately 10:30 AM, Central Time, from my house in The Heights near downtown Houston, TX, when I leaned back to use my contact solution, and I noticed a particularly strange formation in a cloud overhead. The cloud was approximately 300-350 ft. wide and elongated in shape. Nothing strange there, except for what caught my eye.

I noticed a perfect dome of air being pressed up under the cloud. I've heard of this perfectly normal weather phenomenon before, but never had seen it, so I inspected it more closely and noticed a perfectly round whole in the top of it which exposed something black behind it. This still wasn't too out of place, but it was unusual to me, so I continued to stare.

Then what caught me eye next is something even more remarkable. In the top upper left hand side of the cloud was a perfectly shaped cube. I say cube because it looked as if a cube had punched through it leaving a square on the bottom and a square on the top. I could see three sides of the cube in the middle and another partial side which exposed blue sky.

It looked as if something had gone from the ground up because there where tiny wisps of the cloud coming from the sides of the flat surfaces of the cube and they where caught in an upward draft. This is when I began to inspect it more closely and entirely. Inside the cloud was a dark mass, but the mass was a perfect triangle! I began to become excited. I knocked on the door to show my mother whom I had just woken but she didn't answer, so I knocked on her bedroom window. Later we realized that she was passing through the door to use the restroom and I had just missed her at both places.

The cloud was drifting, so I had to crane my neck to see it, and when I did, the tip exposed itself. It was black in color and was a perfectly shaped triangle. I tried to follow it but it passed over my neighbor's house and into the trees. I did get to see it for about 10 seconds and since the cloud had a silver lining from the sun and it was a good distance (Approximately 30 -35 feet from the silver lining). I definitely could tell it wasn't part of the cloud.

Since I no longer could see that, I turned my attention back to the cube, but it was beginning to break up. So I focused on the dark shape inside the cloud. That's when part of the cloud opened up and I saw the back of what was in the cloud! What I saw was the tail end of a craft of some sort. It was enormous!

I couldn't see the entire tail end of what was in the craft, but I did see multiple rows of rectangles not all the same in size and length, but perfect in shape laying horizontally. They weren't all the same in color and size, but where all perfectly shaped. They were earthy tones like copper, khaki, beige and light browns.

After watching this for a moment as the cloud began to envelope the back end, a pod of 8 or 9 Purple Martins floated into the scene. I've grown up with these birds and they weren't acting normal in nature. They almost looked metallic in color. I instantly felt the feeling as if something was trying to sway my attention. The birds where riding a thermal, but none of them flapped their wings, which is unusual for 8 or 9 Martins to not be doing. My mother later pointed out that maybe they where riding the thermal of this craft and/or what punched through the cloud. But I beg to differ, but do consider.

I could no longer see the darkness in the cloud when returning my attention back to it. "They succeeded," I told myself. I finally returned my attention to the door and wanted to tell my mother of this experience. She was very upset that see didn't get to see it, but if I turned my head away then it would have darted off.

I got on the road and went to work. On my way, I was looking at other clouds trying to find it or find something else. There where other dark masses in the clouds, but none like what I had just witnessed and what a perfect way to cloak itself.

I went to work twice yesterday. Once in the morning and again at 10:30 PM Central Time. Because I was looking for it in the day, I was on my way to work and not coming home. She tells it as if I where on my way home and not on the way to work.

She and my grandmother both complained to me of having a terrible headache when I returned home from work around 4:30 PM. But I can't get her to understand that how could I be looking for a cloud with sun on it and dark shapes in them if I'm at home and not driving? She remembers me telling her that I would tell grandmother about it over coffee on Sunday morning June, 29, 2008, because I wanted to take a nap before returning to work that evening.

I thought I had it explained to her, but she refuses to believe me. As I type this, she's telling me that I'm still wrong. Interesting footnote, last night I dreamed of fibers being pulled from my head. But I know I was looking for it in the day because I saw it during the day while it was day light and how I could look for a cloud with sun on it at 10:30 PM?

This was a most unusual experience and the fourth experience at witnessing something in the sky out of the ordinary and only 200 or 250 feet above me hanging at a low rate of speed hiding in a cloud and with so many other unusual characteristics attributed to it and all without a sound.

I'm a believer, have been a believer and now I know why I'm a believer. Another guy I work with has been seeing objects over his house and I've been reading reports of objects being seen all over the Houston area. Keep looking up folks. They're up there!

UFO Hunters Head to Northern Territory for Evidence
OUT THERE: UFO hunter William J Birnes has the Territory in his sights
    MATT CUNNINGHAM

August 27th, 2008-AMERICAN documentary makers are set to descend on the Northern Territory to investigate a spate of UFO sightings.

The History Channel plans to send its team of experts Down Under to shoot an episode of the cable television series UFO Hunters.

The show contacted the Northern Territory News yesterday after we ran a series of reports on UFO sightings.

UFO Hunters follows host William J. Birnes and his team of researchers - Pat Uskert, Ted Acworth and Jeff Tomlinson - as they put reported UFO sightings to the test.

According to the show's website: "The team's access to UFO evidence is unparalleled and their expertise allows them to quickly identify bogus claims of UFOs."

Birnes is the publisher of UFO Magazine, and co-authored the bestselling book The Day After Roswell with former Pentagon official Colonel Philip Corso in 1997.

The show is filming its second season after its first series proved a huge success in the United States. Producer Johnathan Walton told the Northern Territory News the team would be coming to the Territory soon.

"We are looking at an Australian UFO episode for the next season, that's for sure," he said.

The show plans to contact Territorians who have seen or taken pictures of strange objects flying through our skies. One of its subjects will be Alan Ferguson, who photographed a disk-shaped object flying near his home in Acacia Hills last month.

Mr Ferguson said he is keen to show the UFO Hunters what he had seen.

"If I can spot (the UFOs) I will point them out to them," he said.

"They don't know what I know - I know too much."

UFOs: Flying Emotions by Seth Shostak
    Seth Shostak
    By Seth Shostak

    Senior Astronomer, SETI

Reader warning: I'm taking off the kid gloves. If I seem angry here — a state of emotional discombobulation that seldom seems to be my wont — it's because people whom I barely know, or in some cases haven't even heard of, insist on propelling me over the precipice.

Ostensibly, the issue is extraterrestrial intelligence. Not whether it exists, but whether the aliens have come to Earth. This idea, often monikered as "the UFO hypothesis," is a belief that's neither fringe nor uncommon. A 2002 Roper poll found that nearly half of all Americans believe that alien craft have visited Earth, and an even larger percentage feel in their heart of hearts that the government is playing dumb about these cosmic callers.

But that's not what's causing the bile to marinate my gallbladder. Personally (and as regular readers know), I'm not convinced by the evidence presented so far that aliens are sharing our airspace. But the evidence for the UFO hypothesis isn't the point here. Rather, it's the lack of civilized discourse.

For years, anytime I would write an article on these digital pages about the UFO question, I could be sure of quickly accumulating a dozen or so e-mails from offended readers. What struck me was that these respondents were less interested in trying to provide good evidence for landed aliens than they were in making brutal, ad hominem attacks on me. Somehow, the fact that I didn't share their convictions must mean that I'm an "evil, terrible person." This sort of automatic excoriation seemed to come with the territory. Talking about UFOs was like moonlighting as a metal duck in a shooting gallery.

But some recent appearances on CNN's "Larry King Live" made clear to me that sheet-steel quackers are an abundant breed. Anyone who publicly doubts that alien spacecraft are sailing our skies risks being a target. On the last of these programs, I watched as folks who were there to describe their evidence for extraterrestrial visitation laid into the guests who were skeptical: Bill Nye (the Science Guy) and me. Several of the UFO proponents made puerile jokes about Nye's TV career, much of which has been devoted to teaching science to kids (it's hard to think of a more worthwhile endeavor, incidentally). Nye's responses were impressively dignified, although that didn't seem to faze those who found endless amusement in berating him.

I, too, was attacked, generally along the lines that, since I don't investigate UFO reports, I'm not qualified to opine on whether I find them convincing or not. Well, that's bunk. And it's certainly not how science works. I don't need to be an astronomer specializing in black hole research, nor do it myself, to gauge whether someone's claim that they've found one of these collapsed objects in the center of some galaxy or other is credible. I can do that based on the methodology, the reported data, and (to be brutally frank) the reputation of the investigator and their professional affiliation. The burden of proof in science is on the person making the claim. And if the only way the investigator can convince others is by insisting that their audience shift careers and start doing their work, then something's gravely amiss. Carl Sagan was asked his opinion about many matters in which he had no research background. His thoughts on same were valuable and worth hearing.

Needless to say, there were a number of vituperative e-mails awaiting my delectation after the "King" shows (and, to be fair, some nice ones, too). One of the loveliest, from the executive director of an advocacy group that hopes to wrest loose UFO secrets supposedly held by the government, included these well-wishes:

"While we don't expect you to go away anytime soon, there is one consolation. Everything you have said and written on the subject of UFO/ET phenomena is archived - audio, video, email, paper. You can be assured that when this issue is finally resolved, post Disclosure, every time you open that ill informed mouth of yours, that archive will be brought to bear and you will be eviscerated. You deserve nothing less."

Although I disagreed with this gentleman's conviction that a massive cover-up has kept alien visitation from our clear notice, I told him that I would not want him "to be eviscerated, now or in the future." His rejoinder was massively unfriendly and threatening.

So what's wrong here? Why is it that so many members of the UFO community feel that they need to be bullies? Yes, I'll freely admit that many scientists are dismissive of the UFO hypothesis — often to the point of ridicule. I can understand the frustration occasioned by that. "I don't get no respect" can be a legitimate plaint, and I'm sure that some UFO proponents feel that pain.

Nonetheless, if after 60 years of claims, the only way that those who believe we're hosting extraterrestrials can make their point is by wielding the blunt weapon of personal attack, then the whole issue has gone off the rails. I'm willing to listen, and — believe it or not — you could convince me with decent evidence. After all, I happen to think that extraterrestrial intelligence is a frequent occurrence in a universe of ten thousand million million million stars.

But when you resort to threats, vitriol and scorn, I think you've lost more than the argument. You've lost your cred.

    UFO or Just My Imagination?
    UFO-Depiction
    By ANNA BRADY

    For The Evening Sun

The story about the astronomer David Deitz seeing and taking pictures of Unidentified Flying Objects was very interesting. I sure hope he can find an answer.

Many, many moons ago, I too, was very interested in this subject and still wonder about it. There were the occasional speakers that would give talks and show pictures of their supposed sightings.

One man said that if we watched the clouds carefully and saw "a cigar shaped cloud" that was the mother ship and they would send these "beings" down to live and work alongside us humans and not be detected while they studied our habits and lifestyle. Now this information was heady stuff to me. Maybe, just maybe I would be able to detect one of these creatures. Hanging clothes on the line to dry, my eyes were on the sky more often than the clothesline. If we were occasionally out at night, my eyes were always on the sky.

One night we went to visit my husband's sister and husband who lived along the Lincoln Highway. Coming home, my eyes were glued to the sky.

Having been to a recent meeting about the sky and UFOs. I noticed a red light in the sky for quite sometime. It wasn't blinking, but a steady red light and it seemed to be coming closer. I kept my eyes on it and yes, it was coming our way.

We were driving an old Greenbrier van, the snub nose kind with no hood, so we had a very good view.

Just as it got within a close range over us, a super bright light shone right down on our van. We pulled over to the side of the road and stopped.

Believe me, this was too real. My imagination soared! I could see these little green guys coming down a ladder to take us prisoner to use for whatever experiments or whatever they were going to do. The light just seemed to hover over us, so I started to open my door. My husband grabbed me and said, "What are you doing?" I said, "If something is coming for us, I want to see what it is." By that time, as I started to get out, I heard it! It was just an airplane that had turned on the landing lights for the Thomasville airport.

Weak with relief, I just sat there and laughed. I couldn't believe I was that stupid, but it was so real in my imagination, I just took it too far. Needless to say, I was the family joke for a long, long time.

With all the signs of things unearthed from ancient times like Stonehenge to show how intelligent those people were, who's to say there aren't other people in other galaxies?

When we were kids, Flash Gordon was just a comic book adventure. The next generation was raised with Star Trek. Several other series were just make-believe and fantasy. Look how far we have advanced by sending people to the moon.

    What is next?

    Hudson Valley, NY Abductions, 06-01-88
    Depiction of Aliens
[Editors description: This abduction in the Hudson Valley area of New York is unique in that it describes the use, by the aliens, of a force field in the home, along with a special hand held tool that gives off a green light, which enables them to open up the field and pass through. It also contains a description of a classic case of a nose implant, and also the involvement of members of a family.]

Over the past five years, the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area have been the scene of a massive number of UFO sightings. The numbers of reports are so great that I believe this area has the highest number of raw UFO sighting reports in the entire world. These reports are documented in my book "NIGHT SIEGE THE HUDSON VALLEY UFO SIGHTS," which I co-authored with the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek and Mr. Bob Pratt.

I have been asked over the years by many UFO researchers if there have been any close encounter-abduction type cases in the Hudson Valley. My answer to most was no. Only to few did I admit that there were abduction cases and plenty of them. This denial of such cases was at the request of Dr. Hynek since he wanted "NIGHT SIEGE" to be a documentation of the many UFO reports in the Hudson Valley. Hynek also wanted to keep these cases quiet until we had more data about the sightings in the area.

With so many reports over the years, and with the sightings still continuing, it was only a matter of time before the growing number of abduction cases in the Hudson Valley had to be dealt with.

To this date I have been contacted by at least 75 people who feel as if they had more than a sighting. Of the 75, there are 25 that would be suitable for further study. Of these twenty five, ten come from professional backgrounds. All do not want any type of publicity. I will explore two of these cases in this article. At the witnesses request, I have changed their names to protect them. I would also like to inform the reader that Whitley Strieber, author of the best selling book "COMMUNION" experiences took place in the Hudson Valley area.

Since the publication of his book many people have come forward with incredible stories, people who would otherwise would have kept silent.

On July 2 1987, I received a call from a 36-year-old woman from Toms River, New Jersey, whom I shall call Gail. Gail was very troubled on the phone, and insisted that she talk to me about a UFO related experience that she had.

During the last part of June (1987) as she was lying down on her bed, she felt somewhat uneasy, as if someone was watching her. The time was 10:00 PM.

She then heard a voice say, "We have come for you... You will not be hurt."

She then realized that her entire body was paralyzed, and that she could only move her eyes. Gail was lying on her back. She was alone in the house at the time, but does live there with her seventeen-year-old daughter, who was away visiting her father in Croton Falls N.Y. Gail is divorced.

Three beings were dressed in something that looked like tightlyfitting jumpsuits, and stood in a single row, one behind the other. The light in the hall was dim, and she could not see their features. She noticed they were about five feet tall with very long arms. The leader, according to Gail, seemed to have a problem getting into the room. It was as if some type of invisible shield was blocking his way. He lifted up his hand and pressed them against the invisible shield.

The leader then took some type of rod out from a side pocket and turned the bottom of it. The rod then glowed with a green light and he passed it over the doorway area. They then walked into the room without any effort. As they entered the room still in a single file, she noticed that they had large heads and eyes that looked like a cat's which wrapped around their heads. She never heard them talk, but heard all kinds of buzzing noises in her head when the leader communicated with the others.

Gail tried to scream but could not, she could only move her eyes. The leader placed himself on her right side, and then one of them went to the foot of the bed and the other on the left side of the bed. The beings on each side of her then placed their hands under her head and raised it up.

She then noticed that the one on her left took a tube of what looked like a narrow roll of white cotton and started pushing it up her left nostril. At that moment she felt extreme pain in her head and then started to lose consciousness. She felt as if she was falling from a great height, then she does not remember anymore.

The next thing she recalls is waking up at 8: 00 AM, with a very bad headache. As she walked to the bathroom, her nose (both nostrils) started to bleed. She felt as if something was stuck up her nose, but nothing was there. She looked in the bathroom mirror and noticed her nose was swollen and puffy. She noticed a rash on her neck, legs, and slightly on her arms.

She had hoped that the experience from that last night was a dream and tried to block it out of her head. When her daughter arrived home that night, she told her about what happened. Gail told me that before she even finished with her story her daughter started shaking and then told her that on the same night, about the same time she and her father were followed by a UFO on route 116 near Croton Falls, New York.

She described to her mother a large, dark craft, triangular in shape, that paced the car for five minutes above tree top level.

I found this report very interesting since Croton Falls is near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York, and that lonely route has been the site of more than one close encounter over the past five years. I also found it interesting that both mother and daughter had a experience with the paranormal at the same time.

There is more to this case than meets the eye. The daughter and father, according to my findings, may have had as much as thirty minutes missing time.

I plan to have Gail undergo hypnosis in the near future by a certified psychologist. The story does not end here.

Several weeks later, I received a call from Gail telling me that it happened again.

She said, "Those creatures came back the same time and they did the same thing".

She continued: "It was as if I was watching a movie of the first time they came, they did exactly the same thing. Including having trouble getting into the doorway to the bedroom. My daughter was once again away visiting her father."

This case is still under study, but initial findings indicate that both Gail and her daughter may have a history of interactions with the intelligence behind the UFO phenomenon.

    California-Blue Object
Date ?-Thousand Oaks-Clear sky, low light pollution (Milky Way visible from local hills of So CA suburb)10:45 pm-We were on a hike at 10:45pm at the Southern end of Moorpark Ave, half way up the “bench trail.” While looking North, a friend and I noticed a large meteor with a cobalt blue flare, which entered the atmosphere from East to West at about a 130 degree angle, one of the most large flares that I have ever witnessed. It seemed to burn out briefly however reignited at the same intensity, which caught our attn (since normally you would expect a meteor to burn out). However, while still approaching the horizon at a fast speed, we’re thinking it’s going to hit the ground, however the blue flare suddenly shifted horizontally (cardinal West) and faded to an faint orange dot (similar in size to viewing a satellite in orbit with the naked eye). Visibility was great since we were well removed from any city lights; the Milky Way was faintly visible, which for So Cal Suburbs is normally rare.

This orange dot then reversed completely 180 degrees then arced slowly counterclockwise to 0 degrees and rose in altitude quite a distance(for about 5-7 seconds). More amazingly is when we saw the same cobalt blue flare return (more oval shaped without the entry trail) and blink every second for a total of 24 blinks as it lowered to the horizon and behind a hill between our city and a neighboring community. It was difficult to gauge the distance of the object from us, but looked to be within the local vicinity, possibly as far as Fillmore, directly North. Not knowing the actual size of this object, this could have been further North, as far as Bakersfield. The total event took all of 40-45 seconds, ending as it lowered behind the mountain range to the North. source: www.ufocasebook.com

    Indiana-Lights Dancing
08-24-08-I had been working at my computer and finished up at 1:03. I went to the kitchen to turn off the TV. and noticed the time as 1:05 a.m. I thought I would go outside to do a sky check. When I stepped outside I immediately saw 4 white lighted circles "dancing" about in a circular pattern in the East/Southeast portion of the sky almost, but not quite directly above our house, but more above our neighbor's house to our East.

The lights would each make about a 1/4 circle then move to the middle where they "hit" each other and bounced outward. I was very excited and went to wake my husband to come see the phenomenon. When we went back outside, the circles of light continued in the same pattern as before. Sometimes they would extend further out from each other, but always making a 1/4 circle sweep, then inward where they would "hit" and bounce away from each other. This we viewed from our porch, and driveway, and road that runs in front of our house. Most of the time we viewed them from our driveway looking between a large maple tree in the front east yard and the front north of the house. We observed the lights for 45 minutes.

The sky at this time was overcast and the lights seemed to be in or above the clouds. The lights were white (occasionally I noticed a faint yellowish cast to them). The lights were circular and lit up the cloud as they moved about. . . only the circle of light was lit up, not the surrounding cloud. The apparent size of each of the lights was about the size of a full moon, perhaps a little larger. Each of the lights appeared to be same size as the others. The pattern remained the same throughout the event. The lights did not seem to ascend or descend.

Also, we noticed that when the sky had a clear patch, the light could not be seen when it passed into the cleared area of sky. It was as if the cloud itself made it possible to see the lights. The lights were East-Southeast in the sky at the ceiling cloud level. As the clouds dissipated, the lights were no longer visible. I do not know if the lights were trying to communicate anything. My thought was that perhaps they were trying to indicate a location to something else.

These were not strobe lights. There was no sound, smell, or emission. There were no other aircraft of any kind during the event. Except for the sky being overcast, it was a warm quiet summer evening (early morning). The lights did not have any beam coming off them or extending downward. The lights seemed to make a "glowing" circle in the cloud as they moved about. The pattern seemed to indicate an intelligence about or something else was controlling them. They did not seem threatening, however it was a little unnerving to see something which clearly was not of this world/dimension. We have a Schnauzer dog and a cat, but they did not show any indication of awareness of the event. source: www.mufon.com

    Indiana-Object Reverses Direction
08-23-08-About 1:30 am I went out to check the sky. I had a sighting July 24th, and have been checking every night since. Well, last night there were five dancing lights to the north of my house. Actually pretty close to my house, and not straight up, but a little farther down. Anyway, they were making a pattern.

Like they would come to the middle, and bounce off the center one, go back out, and turn 1/4 of the circle, and go back in to the middle one again. When they all met in the middle it would get a little brighter too. Then they would bounce off and go back out again. It was awesome to watch. I wasn't afraid, just curious. I saw that someone reported the same thing at the same time, that must live north of me. They saw the event to the south, and I saw it to the north. I wish I could talk to this person. We have to live within a few miles of each other. source: www.ufocasebook.com

    Kentucky-J-Shaped Object
08-10-08-I went outside to just take a look around. My dog was barking. She was facing the field across from my house. I looked around and then noticed the UFO. It was "dancing". It moved left, right, up, down, in circles, and in a looping J-shapes. The lights kept flashing from red to white. It looked like a large star, slightly larger than any star in the sky, larger than Jupiter appears. I was feeling quite happy watching this thing "dance" in the sky.

At one point it seemed the object was beginning to move closer to me. I became a bit frightened. It then retreated to its former distance. I watched it for five minutes. It was located low on the horizon, just above the tree tops behind the field. I then went in the house to see if my daughter was still awake so she could enjoy the sight. She was already in bed. I went back outside and looked to the southeast, the direction where I observed it. It was gone. Then I looked around the night sky and saw it or another similar object higher in the sky in the western sky. It was farther away, or perhaps was a smaller object. I watched it for approximately 5 minutes, and then returned to my studio to paint. A bit later I went outside to look for it again but it was gone. source: www.mufon.com

    Texas-Football-Shaped Objects
08-22-08-I was on my back porch, smoking a cigarette. From the south a solid black object was coming under the clouds. It was shaped like three black eggs or footballs bunched together forming a triangle... about as high as a small plane. It flew right over my place and when it passed my roof, I ran inside looking for my camera or binoculars.

About thirty seconds later, I ran to the front of the house and watched the object slowly fly over the Austin downtown area. I noticed other small planes in the same skyline and the sun reflected on them. This object moved like a plane, in a straight line, and seemed to follow the I-35 Highway that runs through town. I watch the skies often, and this was something that honestly looked manmade. I'm just wondering if anyone saw or knows if the city has some unmanned surveillance equipment. source: www.mufon.com
