More Mystery Lights over Stephenville, Erath County
Latest Stephenville Frame Grab from Video
12:49 PM CDT on Saturday, October 25, 2008

    By JIM DOUGLAS / WFAA-TV

October 24th, 2008-Over a three-month period this summer there were 1,000 UFO sightings filed with the National UFO Reporting Center -- 75 of those reports came from the State of Texas.

Stephenville is one hot spot we've shown you before. Now the small town seems to be getting buzzed by UFOs again, and we have the video. Jim Douglas reports.

"You could see the oval shape. Got my friend, I said 'dude, you got to come look at this,'" said Andy Monrreal.

Monrreal was hanging out with his Dublin High School friends when they all saw something they say looked like a UFO.

"You could see a shape. It was like a complete circle," said Monrreal.

He rolled off a half minute of video on his mom's digital camera.

    His dad saw it too.

"I never seen nothing like that in my life. Big lights and everything," his father said.

    So did mom.

"It was a round thing. You could see lights around it, flickering and changing. It was awesome. Just turning and flickering," she said.

Back in January, Erath County went UFO crazy after a handful of people reported similar lights over Stephenville.

International press and UFO hunters descended on the town.

This time, many more eye witnesses are phoning the Stephenville Empire Tribune or the ET.

Reporter Whitney Ashley said many people don't want to talk publicly, like several workers at the paper, who also saw the lights.

"I've got at least 10 right now willing to go on record," Ashley said.

"The sheriff's department got lots of calls in the southern part of Erath County."

Down around Dublin, home of DR Pepper.

The Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth confirms seven F-16s training in the area at the time.

Several witnesses told us they saw the fighters, after they saw the mysterious lights.

Russel Callaghan: Meet Kippax's Own UFO Expert
Russel Callaghan, editor of the UFODATA magazine, at his home in Kippax.
    By Grant Woodward

Kippax's Russel Callaghan doesn't want you to get the wrong idea. It's not that he thinks aliens are about to swoop down and take over our planet, he just believes there's something out there... and it keeps paying us a visit.

Over the years he's met people from all over the world who have told him of their close encounters with little green, or sometimes grey, men who have emerged from strange-looking craft.

Then there is the impressive collection of amateur video footage of apparent UFO sightings he's collected from across the globe. Some of it from close to home.

One of the clips, filmed from a back garden in Leeds, shows a strangely-shaped object hovering high above the houses.

Another, shot in Bridlington, traces a bright white object streaks slowly and silently across the night sky.

And footage captured in Castleford picks out a metallic ring glinting in the summer sun as it lifts and tilts in haphazard fashion.

As someone comments on YouTube, where the video was posted, if there were any aliens inside they were likely to have been feeling rather nauseous during this particular visit to planet Earth.

Russel shot the Castleford video himself, but it's far from the most spectacular close encounter he has had with a UFO. That would have to be the day in 1980 when he was still a 22-year-old bus conductor.

"It was one Sunday afternoon in October," he says. "Me and the driver were on Odsal top in Bradford, sitting on a wall killing time.

"Suddenly there was something in the sky in front of the pair of us. It's so hard to explain how it came in... it was just there.

"It was this silver spinning object probably about 2,000 ft in the air. There were no fancy flashing lights or anything like that.

"Then just a few seconds later... shoooommm. It was gone."

Russel doesn't come across as a nutter. He's as sceptical as anyone when it comes to people claiming they beamed down from the planet Zarg. But what he saw that day in 1980 left him with questions that have never been answered, questions that refuse to go away until he gets conclusive proof – one way or the other.

Ever since, Russel has been captivated by the idea that we are being visited by alien beings.

Graham Birdsall So when his then father-in-law Graham Birdsall, the founding editor of UFO Magazine, passed away in 2003 he was ready to take up the mantle to keep the magazine going from his home in Kippax, Leeds.

Now called UFO Data Magazine, it has around 2,000 subscribers who live every-where from Australia to Iceland and he's busy putting the finishing touches to the annual conference in Pontefract.

"There will be around 300 people there, people of a like mind," he says.

"It's not full of people wandering around with antennae on their heads and alien masks.

"We've got a retired RAF air traffic controller coming to see us and a UFO researcher from Turkey. It's a sharing of information." Yorkshire has more than its fair share of UFO 'activity' down the years.

The front-page headline of the Yorkshire Evening Post from September 20, 1952 screams: 'Flying Saucer Report from Yorks RAF Station' and details a white object being sighted from the RAF base at Topcliffe which accelerated at a 'speed in excess of a shooting star'.

"We do get a lot of sightings in and around Yorkshire," says Russel, now 50 and who works as a Royal Mail manager by day.

"One reason for that is that we've got these vast open spaces of countryside with very little light pollution.

"People do make mistakes – we see satellites and the space station going over – but there have been some strange sightings."

Alan Godfrey Drawing his Sighting He recounts the case of police constable Alan Godfrey, who stumbled across what he's convinced was a UFO in Todmorden in 1980, the same year as Russel's encounter.

His claims made headlines all over the world but he has since said he wishes he had never seen it, particularly given the effects on his children.

"It's not easy having a policeman as a father but when he's a policeman who saw a UFO it's even worse," he said.

Then there is the strange case of Zigmund Adamski, a 56-year-old miner, who went missing from his home in Tingley, near Wakefield in June 1980.

He had gone out to do some shopping but his body was found, by Alan Godfrey, five days later 20 miles from his home at a coal yard in Todmorden.

Zigmund's body was lying on top of a pile of coal. He was wearing a suit but his shirt, watch and wallet were missing.

On the back of his head, neck and shoulders were mysterious burns which attracted lots of attention.

UFOlogists claimed aliens from outer space had abducted the Yorkshire miner by mistake. Six months later, Godfrey himself saw a UFO.

"To this day, Alan will tell you he can't explain what he saw," says Russel. "And it did cause him a lot of grief in his career as a police officer."

Russel, like many within the UFO community, believes there is a cover-up at work which seeks to discredit those, especially airline pilots, military personnel and police officers, who report seeing something unusual.

The feeling is that most of us can laugh off sightings when they come from ordinary members of the public but it's different when they come from someone in a uniform.

Russel is concerned by a recent UFO series on TV which, he believes, held such people up to ridicule. It fits into the treatment he and his readers receive at the hands of what he refers to as the 'debunking community'.

"In the case of airline pilots, these are people we trust to take us on holiday. If he says he's seen something out of the window he can't explain then I believe him."

Files released in recent years under the Freedom of Information Act have only served to heighten interest in the possibility of extraterrestial life.

For starters, they show the Ministry of Defence does take an active interest in UFO sightings, despite denials in the past.

Russel is realistic enough to know that the MoD doesn't have the resources to devote to answering one way or the other if there is alien life out there.

But he's still determined to find proof that someone is taking an interest in our planet.

"I don't know if I'm convinced yet that aliens have actually been here but I'd like to think that, just as we sent probes out into space, somebody is sending something towards us.

"Ten or 15 years ago we didn't know there was an extra solar system we could identify. With NASA's money and research there are Earth-like planets popping up all over the place.

"There's got to be something out there."

    Rowley Regis UFO Drama Revealed
    UFO-Depiction
    5:33pm Tuesday 21st October 2008

An egg-shaped UFO was spotted in Rowley Regis nearly 30 years ago, secret Ministry of Defence files have revealed.

Documents recently made available online by the National Archives under the Freedom of Information Act state how a woman suffered severe hallucinations after witnessing the eight foot long object land in her garden on January 4, 1979.

The account, related in a letter from an investigator for the British Research Association, says police from Oldbury and West Bromwich were called out to the incident.

It reveals how the object “left prominent ground traces which were subsequently photographed and measured,” while the woman’s eyesight was adversely affected.

The letter adds how her general well-being was so disturbed “her GP advised her to stay off work for a fortnight.”

UFO Tracked over Mansfield 35 Years Ago
UFO witness sketches from Jennie Zeidman’s book 'A Helicopter-UFO Encounter Over Ohio.' (Submitted)
    By Terricha Bradley

    Telegraph-Forum

    October 17, 2008

MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP — It was 35 years ago Saturday the “Coyne Incident” unnerved residents in north central Ohio. Few in Mifflin Township have forgotten it.

The close encounter over Mansfield involved a four-man crew in an Army Reserve helicopter and an unidentified flying object near Charles Mill Lake. Mifflin Township resident Dave Switzer remembers what was considered one of the most credible UFO sightings in history.

“I really do believe they saw something,” the 52-year-old Switzer said.

At the time of the sighting, he was a 17-year-old senior at Lucas High School, and lived on a farm about two miles from the scene. He wasn’t a witness, but remembers the mania that swept the area afterward.

“It’s the only (incident) that stands out in my mind. It was an Army helicopter. I read about it in the paper and talked about it with my classmates,” he said.

According to Jennie Zeidman’s book “A Helicopter-UFO Encounter Over Ohio,” Lt. Lawrence J. Coyne, 1st Lt. Arrigo “Rick” Jezzi, Spec. Robert Yanacsek and Sgt. John Healey were en route to Cleveland from Columbus. Jezzi piloted the Huey helicopter at 2,500 feet, with Coyne sitting to his right. Healey was seated behind Jezzi and Yanacsek sat behind Coyne, near a Plexiglas window.

On Oct. 18, 1973, at about 11:02 p.m., the crew was approaching Mansfield when Yanacsek saw a single red light approaching from the east. He reported it to Coyne, who watched as the lighted object seemed to increase in speed toward their aircraft.

The men feared a collision, so Coyne took the chopper’s controls and descended at 500 feet per minute. The crew noted no turbulence or noise from the UFO as it approached.

The object hovered above the Huey, bathing the cockpit with green light. Coyne, Healey and Yanacsek reported the cigar-shaped, gray metallic object filled the entire front of their windshield. The red light was at the nose, and a white light shown at the tail; a green beam emanated from the beneath the object. Coyne and his crewmates’ connection with Akron/Canton Regional Airport was disrupted as their radio had malfunctioned.

UFO-Helicopter Incident Depiction The object then flew west, leaving the aircraft 1,000 feet higher although the controller was still in down position. The crew felt a slight bump and Coyne descended to the previous altitude of 2,500 feet and flew to Cleveland. As a result of the five-minute encounter, the Huey’s magnetic compass was inoperable and afterward had to be replaced.

Coyne later reported the incident to his cousin John Coyne, a Plain Dealer reporter who wrote a story accompanied by a drawing of the UFO the lieutenant had made. The crew gave Dr. J. Allen Hynek, founder of the Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS), their first official interviews in January 1974.

There were numerous studies and media reports about the incident. Accounts of several witnesses on the ground gave the investigation credibility. Zeidman, a former UFO researcher said the object remains “unidentified” to this day.

In 1976, CUFOS asked Zeidman to pursue the investigation and she wrote her account, published by CUFOS, in 1979. The book, located in the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library’s reference room, is a collection of interviews, witness accounts, drawings of the UFO and old newspaper articles. The work is available for viewing.

“It certainly is among (the) top dozen or so unexplained cases because it was investigated so thoroughly,” Zeidman said by telephone in Columbus. “You could see the witnesses were all talking about the same thing. The things they said were verified and gave credibility to the story.”

In addition to the crew, she interviewed a family who saw the UFO from their parked car near Charles Mill Lake. She also spoke to a family who heard the helicopter pass over their house. They said they saw the green light, though not the UFO.

“We (investigators) were careful (the two families) didn’t know of each other until the investigation ended,” Zeidman said.

Switzer went UFO hunting with his family.

“Every night, we were out looking around,” he said. “(But) we didn’t see anything.”

He believes the incident was real, and argues that since the crew was made up of experienced military pilots, there was little room for confusion of other military aircraft. The night was starry and clear, and he remembered the weather being nice.

Zeidman, who retired from UFO research 10 years ago, said no one has contacted her about the “Coyne Incident” since the 1980s.

Switzer said he hasn’t talked about it either, by design.

“It’s one of those ordeals where you don’t want to talk about it so much (because) people would think you were crazy,” Switzer said.

Were These UFOs over Droitwich?-with video
SIGHTING: Steve Weeks said the strange lights moved north before they faded above the M5.
    Saturday 18th October 2008

    By David Paine

A FAMILY in Droitwich think they might have spotted and filmed a UFO in the night sky.

Steve Weeks said both he and other members of his family saw a series of fairly large bright orange lights.

“Firstly, a group of three lights or objects separated about a quarter of a mile apart from each other, arranged in a slightly curved line and passed over our house probably at an estimated height of 1,000 to 2,000 feet or more,” he said.

“They made no engine noise at all. It was definitely not aircraft lights which usually flash intermittently.

“They also moved too fast to be aeroplanes or otherwise.”

Mr Weeks, of Brantwood Road, said the strange lights moved north before they faded somewhere above the M5 at 8.51pm on Sunday, August 24.

“This was followed by another single bright orange light on its own this time, but exactly the same, following the same path as the first three which we saw at the same height and speed,” he said.

“I wonder if any other readers witnessed these strange lights at all over Droitwich or the surrounding area? I have an open mind regarding UFO’s but these are certainly the most bizarre lights I have ever seen in the night skies of Worcestershire before.”

Your Worcester News has reported several sightings over recent years: In January 1997 Connie Clark, of Ontario Close, Lower Wick, saw a fiery red streak moving in a long sloping arc across the sky in the direction of Evesham before splitting in two.

The same year, dozens of people called the Worcester News with reports of an orange ball streaking across the sky in Drakes Broughton before exploding.

In August 1998 a crop circle mysteriously appeared in a farmer’s field in Astley, before Angela Wright from Droitwich saw a huge machine the size of a house in the sky and her radio cut out while driving by the Berkeley Arms near Worcester during the same month.

In February 2000 Georgina Wells saw a yellow egg-shaped object which got lower and lower before shooting off into the sky out of the window of her Bransford Road home, while Jim Brace watched a huge plate-like object with many small domes over South Littleton in June of that year.

In 2003 Daphne Wright watched a cloud of red lights hover above her home in The Hill Avenue, Battenhall, Worcester, for almost an hour. In June this year Bonnie Lewis filmed seven shapes which made no sound and flashed different colours in the sky near Webbs garden centre, Wychbold.

Did you see the strange lights? Have you got any pictures of them? If so, contact our newsdesk on 01905 742244 or send an e-mail to wenedit@worcesternews.co.uk

    The Red Orb

The year was 1974. The place was Babylon, New York. I was married at the time. It was late summer. I was in my bedroom on the second floor of our suburban home getting ready for bed. It was about 11 PM.

A large window in the bedroom covered a considerable portion of one of the walls. The window looked out over a small grove of pine trees between our house and our neighbor's. The trees stood about 30 to 40 feet high. I glanced out the window as I changed into my nightshirt. I thought I saw something strange outside but a second glance revealed only the same old tree.

Nothing else seemed to be there. I sat on my bed to fiddle with my slippers. From my bed I had a full view out the window. This time I clearly saw something.

In the tree at the center of my window--the biggest tree, up near the top--sat a large glowing red orb, just hovering there. I looked at it for what seemed a very long time as my mind tried to figure out what I was seeing.

UFO-DepictionI had never noticed anything like that before. I wondered if my neighbor had placed some type of light in the tree... I wondered why he would do that as its only purpose seemed to be illuminating my bedroom.

I looked at it and realized it seemed to move slowly in a clockwise rotation. I also felt a little dizzy. I heard my husband in the kitchen and called for him to come into the bedroom and look at this thing.

I told him there was a strange light in the tree just outside the window. I was still sitting on the bed. He walked into the bedroom, handed me my nightly cup of tea, and then walked over in front of the window.

I heard him whisper, “What the hell is that?” I think I stood up next to him at the window. He was fully dressed in jeans and a tee-shirt and I was wearing my nightshirt with my cup of tea in my hand.

We stood staring at this strange glowing red orb slowly moving in the tree. It had a deep red color and a semi-transparent depth making it multi-dimensional yet without a fixed shape. It was the size of a beach ball or maybe slightly larger. I couldn’t determine exact dimensions as the light distorted the size of the orb from second to second making it appear to pulsate as it hovered within the tree.

I would like to give a detailed explanation of what happened from that point onward, but that is not how this experience played out. The next thing I recall is waking up in the morning on top of my bed next to my husband. We were both groggy, feeling as if we had huge hangovers.

We apparently had not been under the covers but were lying on top of them instead. The bed was still perfectly made. I was still in my nightshirt but wearing my robe now as well. My husband was still fully dressed in his jeans and tee-shirt.

We remembered the red orb, but had no memory of lying on the bed or falling asleep. My husband recalled getting very dizzy and apparently blacking out. I could only recall looking out the window. We were confused and felt very odd.

My husband immediately walked outside to see if he could find whatever might have caused that red light. I quickly threw on shorts and a shirt and ran after him. Frankly, I did not want to be alone in that room.

We searched the yard. We searched our neighbor's yard. We found nothing unusual. My husband then climbed up into the tree where the red orb had been hovering. He found nothing at all. We walked over to the neighbor's house and asked them if they had shone a light into the tree the night before or seen one there.

They acted as if we were a bit nutty. We could not figure out what that red orb had been or why we could not recall anything from the point of seeing the orb until morning.

We never saw that red orb again nor was its temporary presence ever explained. A short time after that night, my husband began declining into a depression and significant personality change. Fall and winter arrived.

As time moved on he became very difficult to live with. About a year later we decided to divorce and go our separate ways. We did remain friendly. I would see him often in various social settings over the years.

    The Halloween Party
Alien Depiction It was October, 2002. I had remarried years before and had a great family and happy life. My ex-husband also had remarried and seemed content. Every now and then we would see him and his wife. We all got along well. October had rolled around and we received from them an invitation to a big Halloween party. It was going to be a large party and everyone was asked to arrive in costume. Word around town was that they went crazy and had wonderful decorations. They had been working for weeks on this event. Our friends and family were also invited. Everyone was going to be there and so we decided to go too.

Without question, this party was the most mind-blowing thing any of us had ever seen. I was beginning to feel a little weird. The detail given to each decorative scene was way over the top for the likes of a fun Halloween party. The content of the displays also made me extremely uncomfortable. As we wandered around the house, we made our way out to this huge tent they had erected on the back of the house.

In this tent were food, a bar, chairs and a stage they had built. The stage had a curtain over it with a sign stating the show would begin at midnight. I tried to relax and enjoy the party but frankly, this insane display of detailed aliens and UFOs made me uneasy at first and then very nervous. The aliens were made of some kind of rubber. They were grayish and looked very real.

It must have taken him months if not longer to create all of it. His wife later told me he had been obsessed with this party for over a year and spent hours every night and weekends building it all in their garage and attic.

Midnight arrived and we all gathered around while he pulled the curtain open across the stage for the show to begin. When the curtain opened, a display of the bridge of a UFO appeared with about four life-size aliens moving about, pushing buttons and making strange sounds as if communicating with one another.

A table-like slab that seemed to float was in the corner of the display. It had a human-like full-size doll on it with an alien leaning over it. The alien held a tool in its hand and was waving it over the doll. The display had flashing lights and sound effects and everything in it moved.

It was the most incredible thing I had ever seen and it frightened the hell out of me. The people at the party were thunder-struck by this scene and yelled and clapped and laughed. They loved it.

My ex-husband stood there, looking very pleased. I walked over and just stared at him. He turned and stared back.

I then said to him in extreme seriousness, “You remember this, don’t you, from that night?”

Without blinking an eye or giving it much thought, he looked right at me and said, “Yeah, I think so.”

He then turned and walked back to his party. I thought I was going to cry, vomit, or faint. I found my husband and told him I had a stomach ache and wanted to go home.

On the drive home I told my husband about the red orb I had seen so many years ago and what had happened at the party and how upset it made me. Like all good husbands he reassured me my ex was just a bit off and that I shouldn't take it to heart. I could tell, like a wife can, that my husband was concerned and found it all very odd as well.

I think something happened that night years ago when that red orb sat in that old pine tree. I think it changed my ex-husband for the rest of his life. I also think I subconsciously block all memory of it. Maybe his experience that night was worse than mine.

I tried a few times to bring it up to him. He just tells me he is not sure what happened that night and will not discuss it past that. I am very fearful of it all since that Halloween party, and so I just let the subject stay, as it is, unspoken.

I never take the stance that unexplained events people sometimes talk about are ridiculous or untrue. I have lived a few experiences in this life I cannot explain. I simply refrain from letting them become the center focus of my life and I accept that we know far less than we think we do.

I accept there are many things we do not yet understand. I also try to stay aware of my surroundings. I am a firm believer that it is best to walk away from that which one does not understand, rather than to walk toward it. The unknown is just that--the unknown. New York-Three Reports
Back in 1979, I was probably 8 or 9, and living with my uncle in Calverton, NY. It was not a very crowded place at the time, and Grumman was still in business. Their house was in a wooded area, with several lakes. One of the lakes was across the street from the house. One evening, I would say in the spring time, I don’t remember it being cold, my cousin and I were outside playing. It started getting dark fast. Then from nowhere was this ball of fire, about the size of a soccer ball.

It was drifting down slowly in a sporadic movement, until it finally went below the surface of the water into the lake. It continued to glow for at least 10 minutes after going into the water. I have seen the Discovery Channel shows since then, and I had dismissed this as what they call a plasma ball, I believe.

The second time I saw an unidentified object, was in the early to mid 80's. I was about 12-14 yrs old. It was fall and it was between 7-9 PM. My father and I were driving in his van, in the Oakdale, Bohemia, border in NY. As we were driving, I happened to look up and see this aircraft moving slowly, and very low.

Now we do have a local airport, Macarthur, for small planes at the time. They fly Southwest Air out of the airport. However, the object was not traveling in the direction of the airport, it was in fact going the opposite way towards Connecticut State Park. When we were looking at this aircraft, it was low. It was maybe 50 ft in the air above us, just above the tops of trees. And the strange thing about this, it made no noise whatsoever, not even the sound of a plane gliding. Nothing.

My father and I tried to follow it, but it had disappeared into the park. And the funny thing is that it is a restricted area of the park. There was no crash, as a airplane would have made a crash landing in there being it is a heavily wooded area. Some years later I saw a show on UFOs, and had in fact seen the same object as many other people, the flying triangle.

Only I had seen more detail on this than others being I was directly below it.

A lot of the descriptions are missing key points. First it is roughly the size of a small commercial jet. It has lights and vents on the underside. To this day my father is either still in denial or refuses to admit it. When asked, he will say he doesn't know what it was.

The final time saw something and not known what it was, was late 80's, early 90's, I was driving home from work, on the Long Island Expressway, heading west, when I saw several lights in the sky ahead of me coming towards me. I had pulled over to see what it was, but they were too far to make out.

There was a group of about 6 or 7 flying in a line across. The lights were bright, so bright that you couldn't see the aircraft, as they go closer, and it was still light outside. I turned my head because someone had hit the breaks hard, and when I looked back, they were gone. source: www.ufocasebook.com

    Indiana-Multicolored Objects
10-10-08-It was about 4:30 AM on Friday morning. I heard a loud nose that woke me up. A banging noise I associated as a car with a flat tire. My daughters also heard the noise, and others in my neighborhood, but they all went back to sleep. Then I heard military jets flying very low. It sounded something like the Blue Angels flying over my house. I got up and looked out the back door. It was cloudy, but I thought I saw an oval-shaped thing far up in the sky blinking around in a circle.

It was multicolored, like a 1970's Christmas tree topper. I went to get my glasses and looked back in the same place and it was gone. Then over the tree tops I saw what looked like a flock of Canadian geese flying. They had a blue glow around them and it seemed as if they had mirrored wings flapping. As they got closer I could see it was not birds. The thing was flying very low, slowly, and silently, just above the tree tops. I stared for a few seconds, it scared me so I shut the door. source: www.mufon.com

    Kentucky-Streaking Light
10-15-08-I was sitting on the front porch, looking at the stars about 9:00 PM, when a bright-white light streaked horizontally across the sky at due north. The light appeared suddenly from a point below a very bright star and terminated below the next very bright star. According to a constellation map I looked at, they could have been the two lower stars in the Great Square of Pegasus. It lasted only a second or two.

As far as distance, the only way I can explain it is this: If I hold my hands above my head at the same spot where I saw this flash, the distance between my hands would be about two feet. The light was very bright, much like that given off by a sparkler. It did not resemble a meteor at all, especially because it maintained a horizontal course and did not arc or bobble. I immediately telephoned my neighbor, who is a member of the local MUFON chapter. She interviewed me, asking very specific questions, about what I had seen. She believed it was a UFO. source: www.mufon.com

    Pennsylvania-Flying Object, Unmarked, No Wings
10-18-08-I was leaving Sesame Place with a friend and her son on Saturday. We were leaving the park and walking towards the parking lot when I happened to look up and see a white plane-like object that was silent, unmarked, had no wings, but a tail fin fly across the sky from west to east over the trees across from the theme park at the normal speed of an airplane.

Since it had no wings, I was instantly fascinated, but a large tree on my path blocked my view as I watched it. I moved over in less than two seconds to have a better view, and saw the object must have turned north and then came back down on a north to southeast angle, now flying in the direction of the old Don Pablo's. I did not see it turn from the original direction, and wondered how it got so far north after being closer to me. It was odd seeing a plane-like object with no wings and it held my attention as I wondered how it ever got off the ground. source: www.mufon.com

    Texas-Moving Glow
October, 2008-I have no pictures to verify, but this weekend I saw a very fast moving "glow" just over the treetops outside my computer window. It did not have blinking lights like a plane, it glowed like a light bulb. You couldn't see the shape for the glow.

It was moving so fast I had to jump out of my chair to get to the window on the other wall, 6 feet away. to see it disappear over the treetops on the other side, heading west to east.

I live in Weimar, Texas, south of I-10 and between Houston and San Antonio.

I was wondering if there had been any other reports of sightings from this area I live out in the country with lots of open fields and woods and such. I thought until now that our biggest worry out here was the cougars, timber rattlers, cottonmouths, and wild hogs! source: www.ufocasebook.com

    Great Britain-10-18-08
I live about 8 miles south of Cambridge. Traveling there last Sunday morning about 6-20 am, I saw three orange lights in the sky well spaced apart from each other they seemed pretty low to me... but I have know idea how high or how far they were from me.

I stopped the car for a few minutes and see they were just hanging there, I feel sure if anybody traveling on the A11 from Duxford to Newmarket at that time in the morning would have seen them.

I couldn't get this out of my mind so I rang the Cambridge police station about an hour ago, and they confirmed that other people had rung up to say they had seen them.

I then asked them if they could give me any info on them... but couldn't because of data protection... but they took my number and said they would contact me if there if there was anything they could tell me. W. Jones source: www.ufocasebook.com
