Recently I visited my brother in Dublin, and he shared this picture with me. You can clearly see an object moving very fast in the blue sky. My brother had not seen this object when he took the photograph-only after developing the pictrue did he notice it.

Any explanation guys? I know that you have many similar pictures so I know that you are knowledgable about it.
