I never saw it move, but it did after about a minute, because I taped it for awhile and started taping something else and was going to tape it some more, and it was gone.

It's on the side of a thirty or forty foot tall tree, and the direction is to the west about sundown. I don't know what it was, but I coined it the 'Watcher' (Video attached).
