Two Sighting Reports from Phoenix, AZ
UFO-Phoenix Lights
Arizona-04-21-08-

I live in Phoenix, I saw the lights. If one gets a map out of Phoenix, AZ, I will tell you the path of the lights. Look for Deer Valley Road, it is in the north of Phoenix. The Lights started in and around the Luke Air Force Base area by the 101 West.

Then they moved East along the Deer Valley Road area, about, to Scottsdale and to the Superstition Mountains. That is about 100 miles of travel within 20 minutes, changing to complex patterns several times and one light would disappear and leave for several minutes; then come back and Lights would change patterns again.

What was the weather at that TIME?

South 6.9 mph / 11.1 km/h / 3.1 m/s - see this sight for past weather at about that time.

How can balloons travel East to West in hundred miles in 20 minutes, when the wind was going North to South at 7 mph with Wind gust at 9 mph? Weather is recorded at this time as there was a ball game at this time.

Arizona-04-23-08-

I was sitting on my patio at my apartment on the SE side of Tucson relaxing. My patio faces towards the south. Something caught my eye, and I looked up to the sky to see an object that kind of looked like a satellite moving across the sky from the north to the south. I thought it seemed like a bright star. I watched it for about 10 or 15 seconds and then it just blinked out and disappeared. I watched the area for a few minutes to see if it would come back on, but it didn't. There weren't any flashing lights, or sounds.

I continued to sit on my patio, and about 15 minutes later, I saw what looked like a similar star-type object flying from the south towards the north, only this one was further to the west. It was going in a straight line, and getting closer. As it was getting to be closer to being over head, it blinked out like before. It just disappeared and there was no sign of it.

Again there were no flashing lights, no sound, just a star-like object. I thought it was strange that if it was a plane that its lights would just turn off like that. So, I don't know what I saw, I've never seen a satelite blink out, and they don't look as bright as this object did.
