I quickly realized that it wasn't the street lights that annoyed me, but this really, REALLY bright light on the clear night sky. At first I thought it was a bright star or something like that, but after a while I realized that this 'thing' was 'hanging' in the air, maybe 300 meters above the highway ca 1000 meters away from my apartment. The object was so bright that I couldn't see any shape, only this orb of bright pulsating light.

The whole thing was really strange so I woke my girlfriend and told her that she had to watch this, but when we got to window the object was gone. She thought it was all in my imagination and told me to get back to sleep. It only took 5 minutes until the light returned, that was when I ran to get my camera (IŽll attach some of the pictures).

Me and my girlfriend observed the object for 15 minutes or so, and I took at least 30 pictures of it (I used a Sony DSP-W70 7.2 megapixel).

Then it simply disappeared and reappeared several miles away, or it moved so fast my eyes couldn't follow it.. It reappeared at/traveled to the north-east and began to travel real slow in the same direction (north-east). Note: Sweden's biggest airport is in that direction, as well as the nuclear power plant Forsmark. (Note 2: since I don't have a tripod pictures taken at night don't come out very good, but you can still clearly see the object in the pictures but not any stars. A hint to how bright/close this object was).
