I heard about this place for the first time about 11 months ago, on a cable TV show. On that show, an ex-pilot of the Peruvian Air Force and an ex-member of an office inside the Peruvian Air Force Headquarters, in charge to investigate the phenomenon, talked about their experiences. I was very surprised to hear two ex-members of the government, saying that UFOs exist. That´s why I decided to travel to the place, to date I have traveled 17 times, and the results are amazing.

What can I say is the following:

1) I saw lights, red and blue, shining abruptly and appearing at the distance and disappearing at the opposite side, following a route, until your eyes can catch them, between some hills and almost touching the top of one hill, known as "Pilan." These lights have been detected by me over Piura City, 28 miles away from Chulucanas, and I heard peoples' testimonies that these lights fly over many neighborhoods in Piura. Probably, they finish their route in "Paita" Port, there is another hill there, called "Cerro Azul", on which top people have seen these lights too.

2) I have detected a related phenomenon to these lights-they are a type of light balls that go around us while we are climbing one of the surrounding hills, "Horquetudo" for the sightings. When we are on the top, these light balls, the blue ones, are standing on the ground, down the hills. Then we turn on and off a flashlight and these light balls come up so quickly, and they stand about 10 meters from us. The most surprising thing is that we climb the hill in about one hour and a half or two hours, but these light balls can do it in about 3 to 5 minutes. When they are standing near us, we can hear voices, like a conversation, female or male ones.

3) One day, being on the top of "Pilan" hill, at 4:30 AM, I could watch very brilliant triangle shapes, that got fat and more brilliant like a huge star with barbs, and then became the slight triangle again. These shapes were acting like that for about 2 hours, and at dawn I could watch them clearly: they were like metal parachutes, rounded head and very slim legs finished in a hook.

This phenomenon is very common in Chulucanas, the UFOs always travel over its hills. I could experience it in my 17 trips to the zone. If you are interested I can send you a photograph, taken by teacher Lyndsay Allman on my sixth trip, it´s a photograph of a UFO departing from "Vicus" hill, and making it bigger you can watch the light balls.

I write to you, because I need support to continue these investigations, and I can send you the notes, the photographs, and videos that I can obtain from it. My situation, about money, is not any good, and the evidence that I got is because some people that went with me took. That´s why I need support from people that are interested about the UFO phenomenon like you.
