On Sep-08-08, a bright glowing object was observed and filmed over San Antonio, TX. As I returned home from work looking northeast, I noticed this bright object high in altitude that appeared to be hovering by some clouds.I t did not look like an aircraft, so I grabbed my camcorder and began filming the unknown object.
When zooming in, a bright glowing orb can be observed and appears to be spinning. Glowing orb then takes off traveling west, under some clouds, making it hard to keep in view. This object was clearly no aircraft. No noise came from this object. It was not a weather balloon(object appear to be spinning). I am sending a still and attaching the video clip for you to analyze.
