The photograph was taken on 6th October 2008, around midday for advertising of a beachfront unit in a complex with stunning sea and Table Mountain views (as you can undoubtedly see). A Kodak digital camera was used.
The weather was mild – in fact it was a perfect spring day with very little or no clouds in the vicinity. When I downloaded the camera, I noticed the silvery ‘smudge’ to the right of Table Mountain & thought it was strange as we don’t usually have planes flying at such close proximity to the mountain. Thinking it was a wispy bit of cloud, I enlarged the image on my screen only to discover what appears to be a solid odd-shaped vessel with what looks like 2 large shining lights. I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at the photo – enlarge the area to the right of Table Mountain – I would so love to hear your opinion, or even if you have some kind of explanation for me.
