An unidentified flying object of a spherical shape was sighted by two witnesses at Viterbo during the morning of Saturday, the 20th at around 09.20 almost near the resort area known as Happy Hill.

Alessandro Sacripant, CUN regional coordinator of the National Center of Ufologists, was contacted by one of the witnesses GLC, 54 years old worker residing in Viterbo, who says he had noticed together with a colleague from the top of a building in construction site where he works, a strange spherical object high in the sky, which did not appear to be an aircraft.

Indeed, the witness, added Sacripanti, who initially reported having seen that object which was quite different from something known, is surprised and has continued to carefully determine what the object was making strange movements, asked all of the co-workers what was really strange that object in the sky.

According to the witnesses, the object was several colors in the first moment of observation: iridescent white, and then reddish-silver. Movements in the sky were noted with care and attention given to the excellent weather conditions that morning, because the sky was clear in Viterbo and clean, and the sighting has been determined to be a total length of about one minute.

For Alessandro Sacripanti, this sighting deserves attention and is worthy of attention of the National Center ufologist, our association adds, is a research organization that studies the phenomenology UFO in Italy since 1966, and gathers all the materials to enrich our archive of documentary records, which now counts nationally 11,000 well-considered reliable sightings since 1900 to the present day, and for that we are verifying all the information in our possession.

While we are thoroughly investigating this case in Viterbo, concludes Sacripanti of Cun, we are awaiting further details that could reach other witnesses.
