With reference to your latest report of objects seen over Britain, Lincoln on Sunday, June 3, 2009, my husband and I were sitting outside tonight Thursday, June 4, 2009, between 10.00 - 10.30 PM, when he remarked on a strange, bright, orange light.

Initially we thought it was a plane, but it seemed more orange than the normal white lights of a plane. We are familiar with the flight path. We live in Coventry, very near the Warwick University.

This orange glow appeared to get larger (as if getting nearer), then rose up in the sky at quite a speed before anishing above the clouds. A few minutes after, another did exactly the same.

I would agree with the previous person's description that it seemed to be following the same path. I had my camcorder at hand, as I had been using it in the day. I caught one just rising. Then another appeared on this footage.

I have managed to get a plane traveling on its flight path. As normal, the orange globe rose far higher to the plane. Within minutes of this, I called my husband, who had just gone inside as several appeared together, all rising and going off in the same direction.

I would be interested to know if anyone else locally had witnessed what we saw. There was no sound to these objects, unlike the familiar drone you get like a plane or helicopter. The footage I have is on the end of a family tape, so I do not want to lose any personal items.
