Unknown Objects Photographed over Massachusetts, 05-20-09

I've lived north of Boston all my life, and I have seen a few objects here since about the time I was eleven. I wish I had seen the one my mother and older brother said followed them home one night in June of '65.

From what my brother said, it was a glowing disk-shaped object that followed them about ten miles through Peabody, MA, while riding back from my mother's evening sewing class.

My brother commented to my mother about the light overhead, and it was a running joke in my family for decades. My mother remarked, "Oh, you see it too? I thought it was just the car headlights shining on an airplane."

They arrived at our house and my mother went in and I think she was pretty nervous about it. I guess it followed them right to when my brother parked the car and shut the lights off.

He said he ran through our yard to see it because it just kept going after that. He said it was moving through the sky from side to side a little, like it was taking in the sights, or it was experiencing a problem. He came in the house and they started telling my older sister what happened, they were pretty excited.

I was still awake and listened from my bed, intrigued with their story, but by the time they were finished I was frozen with fear and couldn't move to even sit up and go see them. My whole body shook till I finally fell asleep that night. I had bad dreams for awhile after that.

I've looked for years on the web for similar reports, the only thing I found was in the Magonia database about a Ray Fowler investigation of an object landing on Rt 114 in Peabody, seeming to be disabled was the report. Maybe that was it, I'm not sure. I think someone was approaching it in a car and it took off again, I forget.

A couple of years later, I was with my scout troop camping near the reservoir, it was just getting dark and we were washing our meal tins and this light came over the water, stopped and went back the way it came. We just laughed and went back to what we were doing.

A couple of years later we were out at dusk playing with our walkie talkies and a light came overhead, slowed down a little, then kept going. I guess there was a flap around here back then.

I hadn't seen anything since until last August, about two weeks before that report on your site of a bell-shaped object out in Worcester, MA. When I saw that one, I thought it was dusk here as well. It went by in front of me on an arc, then changed direction very abruptly, and left in another arc and moved away towards Beverly airport. I watch the air traffic all the time around here and I know what I saw.

It was bell-shaped, but at the time I thought it sort of looked like an old radio knob, I never heard of a bell shaped craft before.

It was silvery and reflective, and I could see the stratus clouds mirrored in it, or maybe it was camouflage. That whole sighting only lasted about two and a half seconds. It was a beautiful evening. It was warm, no smells. I was kind of thinking jokingly, like "Washing Machine Charlie" on McCale's Navy, maybe this is the one we always see, that returns in the summer every year.

The weirdest thing happened though, I don't think it was my reaction, it kind of "tickled" my brain when it went by, made me chuckle, maybe it was EMF or some form of it. So that's why I'm always out there with my camera, I mostly take pictures of passing aircraft and con/chemtrails in the daytime.

I read on your site UFOs sometimes follow aircraft, or hide behind them. I'm kind of bored with the lights at night. I took these pictures (below) back on 5/20/09. I think if you look in the EXIF you'll see they are consecutive, although I think I might have moved the camera over a little.

I don't think it was a reflection from the aircraft, you can see the angle it's moving away at from the sun. It was one of the first warm days we had in May, didn't see anything before, except the passing aircraft. No smells or EMF effects.

As I said before, I checked Heavens Above that day, and I don't think there was any Iridium sats around or the ISS. I thought sure you would be interested in the photos with the "shapes" in them.

I don't know why, I just get an inkling to take my camera out with me when I walk my pet. I don't keep most pictures. Usually, I look at them on the computer with the little shapes behind aircraft and contrails and I just say Hmmm... , and delete them because I don't have a very large HD on this system.

I'm planning on getting a newer computer soon and a better camera, maybe I can send you something special although the time is almost up for disclosure I guess. Keep up the hard work on the site(s)!
