ANOTHER eagle-eyed Paisley Daily Express reader has come forward to tell of a strange sighting of UFOs flying high in the sky above town.
Yesterday, we revealed how a 45-year-old Buddie was left mystified when he spotted two unidentified flying objects as they soared over Paisley on Saturday night.
He was standing at the back door of his home in the Brodie Park area when he saw two orange-coloured shapes glowing in the sky.
Now another Express reader, who has asked not to be named, has been in touch to say he saw the same UFOs from the window of his flat in South Campbell Street, Paisley.
He said: “I saw two large objects above the high flats at Rowan Court and Calside Court and they were moving towards the Gleniffer Braes.
“They were oval in shape and very, very bright. They were moving from west to east and were going at the same speed.
“When they were above the Barrhead area, one of them just disappeared. Then the other one caught up and did the same.
“Two or three minutes later, another appeared in the same area above the Braes and then the same thing happened – it simply disappeared.
“It was quite frightening. I do believe there is more than us out there.”
Paisley woman Lorna Marandola, 37, has also been in touch with the Express to say that she has witnessed strange lights in the sky.
Lorna said the sighting took place about three weeks ago while she was sitting up with her baby daughter at 2.45am.
She added: “I was waiting for the baby to go to sleep and was looking out of a window when I saw these lights over the high flats at Gallowhill. I saw lots of them moving really fast.
“I would say there were about 60 to 100 of them moving in the same direction.
“Then, last week, I saw them again. That time, I got my husband up out of bed to show him and he saw them too.
“They would go some distance away and then all come back again.”
