Boston, Massachusetts

I found this image on the Boston haze cam site @ http://www.hazecam.net/boston.html. It was at 10:00 PM, and again at 10:15 on 10/25/09. It was not there at 10:45.

I first thought it was lens flare, however, the moon was lower and there was also a reflection of light over the water. I have attached a daytime photo for comparison.

(Editor's Note: When I first saw the night photograph below, I thought that I was looking at a lens flare, which is quite common in night photos with land lights. However, after conversing with the sender, who told me there appeared to be a reflection of the object in question on the water, I am not so sure. If you would like to give an opinion, please do so in the comments section below the photographs.)
