I took these two shots of the sunrise last Sunday morning at our local carboot sale, which is about 10 miles south of the city of Cambridge, UK.

I can't remember which shot I took first, but as you can see there is a small upside down half moon-shaped object on one of them, which I did not see until I put them on the computer.

The reflection at the bottom of picture is from the top of my car. I thought the object looked a bit too defined to be a lens flare.

There also appears to be a very faint, conical-shaped shadow which seems part of it. Time separation between the two shots was less than 1 minute. I am hoping it might be of some interest.
