Kansas - 11-23-09

I was standing outside on the balcony at my daughter's apartment building, when I looked up at the moon.

Then I looked underneath the moon and noticed a circular shape with lights around the underside of the object. They did not appear to be flashing, and the object was stationary in the sky.

It was not any commercial aircraft, and it was not any military aircraft. Living in Wichita, Kansas, you see airplanes all the time flying day and night.

I watched the object for 10-12 minutes before the clouds covered it up. As I said earlier, the object was round underneath with lights around bottom outside edge.

When I saw the object, I thought to myself, "What in the heck is that?"

I have never seen anything like that before. My husband always points out commercial and military aircraft to me, telling me exactly what it is. Even at night I can tell the difference between man made aircraft from something of unknown origin.
