Montauk, New York - 07-01-09

I was walking through Montauk with my family when my mom noticed the object shown below in photograph. I looked at it and at first thought they were two ballons.

After watching it, I noticed they were stationary and about 3/4 to a mile away. I took a picture and thought nothing of it. About 15 minutes later I looked back and they had not moved!

When I returned home I looked closely at the photo. It appears to have a source of light in the center of each object. They do not appear to be connected either.

The reason I took this long to report it is because I had just found out about MUFON a few days ago.

NOTE: These objects were sighted in Montauk near Camp Hero. Camp Hero is a state park and visitors are welcome. It is believed to be retired, but 75% is still off limits. Also, the government owns 4 levels under the surface, and the state just the surface.
