Presumed UFO that appeared in the City de la Vega, Dominican Republic… Is this just the ignorance of the people or a real UFO?

The person who sent out the link to the video states that:

I am from Lawrence, Massachusetts. I was originally from the Dominican Republic, and when I was a kid, I saw strange lights in the sky.

I believe that UFOs are real. Take a look at this video from last Friday in a small town of Vega, Dominican Republic.
