Great Britain - 08-11-07

I was sitting in my garden having a coffee. At first I thought what I was seeing was a light aircraft or helicopter.

I first noticed a bright light that came from my west. It was not moving very fast.

The object seemed to be tumbling, and the light was the sun reflecting from the nose cone. There was no wind blowing at the time.

Then it did a 90 degree turn to the north. It must have gone over or near to Newcastle upon Tyne Airport.

I was excited about what I was seeing, so I got my camera. I had trouble getting the object in my view finder.

I could see it was going to cross my roof, so I locked my camera on the edge of my roof and took 2 pictures.
