Middle Island, New York - August 6, 7, 2010

I took this photo on Friday or Saturday 8/6-7/10. This is from Middle Island, NY. What do you think?

Being an insomniac, I usually head off to the balcony in the middle of the night to have a look and get some fresh air. I have my camera by the door and just pick it up most of the time when I go outside.

There is always a chance of catching a shot of deer or anything else.

The camera is a Nikon cool pix 4600, not the best. After looking around for a while, I took random shots of the sky. The camera takes pictures quite fast and was set for action photos.

I did not look at these pictures that I had taken Friday or Saturday till Monday morning. When I uploaded them for viewing, the first shots had nothing then this.

All images were deleted from the card when I imported them. I do have five other pictures of the same time which show various lights in different positions.

Looking at these from the computer seems to show movement as these are continuous.

I hope this helps out. My point of view is to the west and up.
