Unidentified Object over North York Moors in Multiple Photographs

My name is John and I took the photos attached of my father and something we can't explain in the sky behind, then above him.

I would appreciate it if you would analyse these and let me know what you think it is.

The object in question moved very fast indeed, seemed to stop on a dime, and come back on itself very rapidly, as well as changing shape and altitude frequently.

It accelerated over my daughter's house after several minutes, and then shot straight up through the clouds where it vanished.
