8-13-05 - PANAMA CANAL, PANAMA

While vacationing in the Panama Canal Zone the witness took this photo. The photos correspond to the terrace of the building, of the Miraflores Locks on Saturday, August 13, 2005.

At 4:30 PM, two photos were taken in succession. The first photo was taken with the flash off, and the second was taken with the flash activated.

The photo with the flash activated shows the strange object.
