UFO or UAV Sighted over Zulia, Venezuela? Friend or Foe?
VHeadline News Editor Patrick J. O'Donoghue reports: Another ominous UFO (unidentified flying object) has been reported flying over the skies of Zulia.
A report in the local La Verdad newspaper said the UFO was seen at 7.30 p.m. and it set the dogs barking causing Alfredo Villalobos out into the garden to see what the commotion was all about.
Villalobos, who described himself as a news photographer with 25 years of experience, went back into the house, snatched his camera and snapped the object twice before it disappeared. (Photos not available at present)
Experts are asking whether it really was a UFO or perhaps one of those unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) such as the drone or predator that the USA has built to spy and make war on on "unfriendly" countries south of the Rio Grande.
The photos of the UFO certainly have left President Chavez with a dilemma. If it really is a UFO, as Mr. Villalobos believes, then Chavez will have difficulty getting in touch with authorities in Mars to lodge a complaint.
If it is an US-made intruder, then the photos will be added to an already bulging file for use in the United Nations (UN) as evidence of US meddling in Venezuelan internal affairs and cross border incursions.
It will also justify charges and raise further suspicions against the seven Colombian bases being used by the US military to spy on Venezuela and Ecuador.
As it stands at the moment, Villalobos is hanging on his version and what he saw with his own eyes. " A blue light in the sky making brusque ascent-descent movements... we thought it was plane but I remembered planes use three colors... No, it was a UFO."
The question is: If it was a UAV, it is definitely enemy, but if Mr. Villalobos is right, whose side is the UFO on? ... ours or the USA? ... David or Goliath's?
