Again, we have a submission from youtube which has almost no details. We are only told that the video was taken in California.

This video has been linked to from several fairly respectable sites, with some even calling it "incredible," although they left the door open for a possible hoax.

What is shown is a craft with multiple lights which appear, disappear, then repeat the process. I have my thoughts on it, and we will see if they agree with yours.
