UFO Videos from the Cutting Room Floor, Third Edition

Third Edition...
We attempt to post 4 new articles each day. On an average day, we have about 30 articles
already posted into html files waiting to be posted.
Of these, about half are video files. As far as videos go, only about half of those make the grade
to be posted on our front page.
As a result of that, some get scrapped for various reasons; quality is poor, video so shaky it can't be
edited, or the object in the video can easily be determined as a conventional object.
Because our comments section stays active, I thought instead of deleting them I would post them and see
how it goes. See videos below that we rescued from the cutting room floor.

Again we have a video which has almost no information. It appears to be filmed somewhere in Mexico by a family, because you can hear the sound of children in the background.
The shape of the object is hard to describe; it looks to be a cube , but also has multiple angles. At times, I believe I can see the object flexing. If this is true, it might be made of plasic or rubber.
This means it might be a kite, or some other man-made object. But, you take a look and see what you think.
