Fishers, Indiana - 08-25-12

At 6:00 AM, while standing on the patio just star gazing, we noticed just southeast of us a paticular star that seemed to be pulsating or blinking between white, red and green lights.

At first we thought we were just seeing things, being we had just woken up to let the dogs out, so I grabbed my camera to see if I could get a close-up shot of whatever it was we were seeing.

To my surprise, you could see the colors more vividly through the camera which made us even more curious.

I started taking pictures and adjusting the settings on my camera to get the best shot and when I reviewed my pictures on my computer, you can in fact see the different colors.

The pictures are a bit shaky due to me trying to hold the camera still, but you can still see the colors. I'm really not sure what we saw but I have pictures if anyone wants to see them.

The object was finally lost to cloud cover.
