Object with Bright Lights Seen over Oregon

I was sitting in my back yard on a lawn chair looking at the sky. I watched for over 10 minutes.

The object first appeared as a flash of white light several thousand feet in the air; bright with light visible that would stay on for seconds and blink on and off and then back on.

Originally it was moving away from me for several minutes.

It appeared to stop moving and became stationary for about a minute. It then started to slowly move back towards me and became visible as an object and not just a light.

It was several thousand feet in the air and appeared to disappear and then reappear in a location a little ways away.

All of a sudden it just disappeared not to seen again. I took about three different pictures with my cell phone, but the object did not show up on any of the images.

I wonder if anyone else happened to have seen the same thing.
