(Editor's Note: This video is quite interesting to view, but questions remain. I have attempted to find out how many different objects are currently orbiting the moon, but every source I went to, had a different answer. Maybe one of our readers knows the answer.
This seems to be the best answer I have found to date:)
There are four objects that are orbiting the moon, two from the US, one from Russia and one from China. Indian supposedly is planning to join them. And no, you cannot see them from any telescope on the earth.
If you could slow the objects orbit down slow enough so a camera could gather enough reflected light from the craft, then you might be able to get a photos of a white dot.
Look at it this way, if there were telescopes powerful enough to see a Satellite in orbit around the moon they could see the junk left behind from the lunar landings.
If the above statement is true, then what is the object seen in the video below? Is it possible that the object is somewhere between the cameraman and the moon, and not actually in moon's orbit?
