the object was at least ¼ mile wide...
As reported to ASD by phone today: On November 19, 2015 at 7:40 p.m., the witness was working on a cell tower in Lawson, Missouri along with two other technicians.
They were pulling equipment up using a rope and pulleys, and while two of the technicians were looking up the tower while pulling items upward they saw an unidentified craft flying directly overhead at 90 degrees.
The primary witness stated that had they not been in that exact position and looking up they would never have known the craft was there because it made absolutely no sound whatsoever.
The two men then watched the object for approximately 8 to 10 seconds, as it flew from east to west towards the setting sun. As it went into the sunlight they lost sight of it.
The third man on the scene did not see the craft since he was not near them at the time.
The witness said that he thought the object was at least ¼ mile wide and was flying at approximately 5,000 feet at least 200 mph. The object was a dark grey or black color and had no lights on it.
It was a triangular shape and it flew with the point of the triangle heading forward. He thought it may have been a TR-3B aircraft, but thought he should report it to MUFON.
The witness did not obtain any video or photos. Note that Whiteman AFB is not far away from this location.
