... red lights in groups of two or three flying overhead.
Were the bright lights seen flying over Cheltenham last night drones - or something else entirely?

The red lights in the sky were spotted near Sandford Park in Cheltenham last night. Did you see a group of bright red objects whizzing through the sky over Cheltenham last night?
Diana Knight who lives in Sandford Park Place did.
She went out into her garden to let her dog out at about 10 pm when she saw red lights in groups of two or three flying overhead.
They were completely silent, coming from the Staverton area and heading towards Prestbury.
Her husband also saw them when he got home from a meeting.
Diana explained: "I live near to Sandford Park and I was just in the back garden putting the dog out when I saw these lights coming over in groups of two or three.
"They were these red or orange lights and they were silent.
"I think it could have been drones. It was just eerie and they were quite big."
She said they were "near enough for us to see what they were."
"I was just intrigued," she said.
"First of all it was like fireworks, then I thought 'I have never seen anything like this before'.
My husband came back from a meeting and he saw some of them too."
The only explanation she could think of was that the lights were drones.
"If they were covert ones you wouldn't have thought they would be brightly lit up like that," she said.
"They were going at quite a speed, two or three together.
"They seemed to be all going in the same direction toward Prestbury."
