Aleksandria [Slaskie], August 1994-In the recent interview the witness P.P. from Czestochowa shared details of his UFO sighting that took place in 1994 in Aleksandria in Silesia region, witnessed along with his grandfather. The craft that appeared in the area allegedly caused commotion and panic amongst local animals.
Aleksandria is a village [2000 inhabitants] located in Silesian region, in Czestochowa Powiat, in Konopiska Commune. It is located west from a state road linking Konopiska with Blachownia. It was named after Alexander II, the Tzar of Russian Empire. The witnesses were P.P [15 at that time] and his grandfather [58 in 1994]. THE EVENT: In August 1994, at about 9 p.m. the witnesses were eating supper in their house when they could hear a commotion and noise amongst animals in the farm [goats, poultry and dogs]. After a while it ceased so intrigued witnesses decided to investigate it. It was dusk. When they left the house they noticed an unidentified craft ["resembling the Moon" as the witness, P.P. emphasized, flying soundlessly over the area behind the house and retreating toward Herby [Lubliniec Powiat]. The UFO remained visible for dozen of minutes, finally disappearing from their sight. It seemed that it was departing or shrinking. The sighting last about 7 –10 minutes. THE OBJECT: At the beginning the object was quite well visible mainly due to its size. According to his relation it was at first 1.5 cm in size at extended arm length. The object was round in shape and emanated orange-pinkish light in, as the witness emphasized, "warm" tone. It trajectory remained straight. The witnesses didn't notice any other phenomena P.P. found hard to estimate the height the object was located on. He reminded that his friends told him that they witnessed a sighting of the same of similar craft in nearby Czestochowa. The weather conditions were good in time of the sighting ; the sky was clear. He added that he heard stories about similar sighting in the area but involving other types of objects shining with less intensive light. The sighting seems to be very curious due to fact of the object interference on local animals and alleged other appearances of unusual crafts in the area. Unusual appearance of the craft and prompted the witness to refuse the possibility of any conventional vehicle. The witness claims to be not interested in UFO phenomena.
