Gerry Dixon of the U.K. sent me this picture from London. There is an unknown object just to the right of Big Ben, the giant clock that graces the Tower of London.

The object appears to have a cylinder shape, and it possibly has a metallic structure. It has perfect symmetry and appears to be in a perfectly level position in the sky.

I have the impression that it is at a low altitude, well below the cloud layers. This does not seem to be any kind of conventional aircraft.
