My family and I were relaxing in our local park (Calderstones) in Liverpool, U.K. on May 3rd about 5.15-5.30 PM. When we noticed people near us looking up and pointing, we looked and saw the object (see pic) it was standing still then shot to the right I'd say about an inch in the picture in a millisecond, then it returned to its original position before repeating what it had done before.
It stood still for a few more seconds when I took the picture then shot straight up at unbelievable speed (my wife said it shot over our heads, but I was busy trying to find it with the camera at the time). There were planes in the sky that day and a local police helicopter had flown over a few times. This object was neither, since then a mile wide object has been seen by several witnesses and was reported in our local newspaper (merseymart) by local paranormal researcher Tom Slemen, at www.slemen.com.
