Unknown Object Photographed over Mosta, Malta-UFO Casebook Files

These two pictures are the same, one normal (as was captured) and the other focused on the mysterious object. The sighting was on Sunday, 27th June 2005, on Malta, Europe, at about 11:30 am. The photo was taken from Mdina, and the UFO was flying on Mosta.

The story:

On Sunday 27th June 2005 at about 11:30 am, while I was having a coffee from Mdina, I was trying my new 4.1 MP camera by taking some shots, with the camera set on ACTION MODE (which permits the user to capture things in motion), on two birds that were hopping on the bastions.

At that moment I didn't realize what exactly I had captured.

When I went home, and transferred all the photos I'd taken onto the computer, I started to look intensively on each photo I had captured to see which one was good, and which one was not, so I'd delete them from the computer.

When I started to look on the one that I supposed to be the two birds, it resulted that there were no birds in it. But instead, there was something strange, that at first I thought it was dirt on the lens, but then, after checking the other photos and no black object was there, I focused on the object, and started to suspect it might be a UFO.

In fact, the day after, I went to a professional photographer, and told him to focus as he could on the object and it resulted in that conventional shape of a flying saucer.
