I have put in a couple of reports to you of recent and I thought I would just pass this one on as well. Tonight from 10 PM AST to 11 PM AST I watched 53 “satellites” fly over. One split into two and did a perfect Y and one stopped on a dime for over 5 minutes. All were heading South to North and in the same area of space that I reported the last one to you. I realize this whole sky watching thing is new to me and I could possibly be mistaking man made satellites for UFOs but 53 in an hour…COME ON! As crazy as this sounds tonight I seem to be able to make them appear at will. I bought a laser pointer and just for giggles I have been pointing it at them as they fly over and whenever I do so another seems to come right behind it. I only have a set of binoculars and I am using those to see if there are any flashing lights on them but I do not see any. I don't have a video camera so I can't document them and I have nobody willing to sit out with me other than my wife so it's just the two of us seeing them. This is seriously getting crazy. Could I be mistaking them for something they aren't? Is there anything else I should be doing here? I just have a boatload of questions… too many to go into cause I am going back out right away to watch for another hour or so. If you know any other sky watchers in eastern Canada please pass along the word to go check out the skies tonight. I will keep you posted as to how many more I see before I get a kink in my neck.
