KLTV-Channel 7, Tyler, Longview, Jacksonville, Texas, The East Texas UFO Special

Over the last two years, there have been a large number of UFO sightings in the East Texas area. Many of these have been accompanied by still and video photography. The majority of this attention can be attributed to one person. That person is known only to me as lawwalk. An avid skywatcher and cameraman, he has taken some of the most impressive photographs and video of unknown objects in the past several years. Almost singlehandedly putting East Texas on the map as a UFO hotspot, his contribution to Ufology has come to the attention of not only Internet surfers, but mainstream media as well. Brian Vike of HBCC UFO Research, and the UFO Casebook have been two of the biggest supporters of lawwalk's video and photography on the Net.

About a month ago, I was contacted by News Reporter Morgan Palmer of ABC affiliate KLTV, a beacon of East Texas news. Morgan had seen video footage taken in Kaufman County, and was interested in doing a television special on lawwalk's library of UFO film. After getting full approval from lawwalk to be a representative of his work on the air, I agreed to be interviewed by the crew from KLTV.

This interview and media presentation was done on Monday, May 2, at Morgan's Point Resort, Texas. Accompanied by chief technician Philip Stauts, Morgan began by asking me a group of general questions on the UFO mystery. After completing this portion of the interview, we moved to the subject of lawwalk's film. During this portion of the interview, I gave a presentation 16 different pieces of evidence. Eight of these were video, and eight were photographs. After viewing the evidence, Morgan followed up with another group of questions regarding UFO film, video, and sightings in general. The interview and presentation was completed in approximately one hour.

This television special will be shown on KLTV on May 13, 2005. After I receive a copy of the special, I will present some of the film on this page, so check back later to see portions of the video interview. Below find some of the film and photos shown on the KLTV special. Also see some of the "off camera" personal shots we took.

I would like to thank KLTV's Morgan Palmer for a very open minded interview. Chief technician Philip Stauts for his expertise in getting it all "just right." My irreplaceable wife Brenda, who puts up with the "computer widow" sydrome, and never complains. None of what I do would be possible without her. Also a special thanks to my lovely sister-in-law Claudine, who has helped me through so much, and been so helpful in keeping our heads above water.
