The time was 4:10 PM with the clear warm sky with temperatures ranging from 27 to 30 C. When I had a glimpse of it, I was clear that it was a UFO because it was rotating 250-300 feet above the ground. Nothing I have ever seen like that flying before. It was kind of brown in color. Its shape was like a cylinder with two pieces - large on top and small at bottom. But quickly, it changed its shape and became reverse, i.e. large at bottom and small at the top.

This happened several times before it disappeared. It was rotating clockwise continuously too. I had one other witness with me as well. He was baffled too.

I have the attached hand drawn picture of that UFO, which is so much similar to the pictures of UFO taken in Quebec recently. To this date, I am still trying to find out what that object was.
