Tube of Light Pushes Through Texas Sky
UFO Depiction
Published: 2:44 PM 9/4/2012

Whitehouse, Texas - 09-03-12

This sighting report submitted by Terry Hinson-MUFON FI 13357 on behalf of Mr. Brown.

I woke up early this AM, to feed the cats and made coffee.

I walked out to the middle of my rural 4 acre yard for a little star gazing, the moon was bright in the western sky, so I stood in the moon shadow of an oak tree and gazed east for about 20 minutes.

I saw plenty of satellites and/or space junk, and I enjoy doing this from time to time.

Then it happened, like I knew it would sooner or later.

A beam of light came from the tree lined horizon to about 3/4 of the way across the sky. Then it just disappeared.

It happened very fast but I will describe the best I can.

It looked like a fluorescent light bulb; not a meteor because there was no debris trail.

It was a soft glowing ball of white light that looked like it was being pushed thru the night sky by this fluorescent tube of light.

This happened in a split second, but is burned in my memory. I live in the boonies with very little light pollution.
