flying into the storm...

The submitter states:
A friend of mine was taking a video of a lightening storm when it looked like a shooting star(?) was flying into the storm.
It quickly reversed its direction and went the other way.
The video is attached. See 45 second in mark.
Editor's Note: Living in Texas, I have seen more than my share of thunderstorms and even tornadoes.
To be specific, I watched the entire sequence of the tornado in Jarrel, Texas in 1997.
Wikipedia note: At its peak, the Jarrell tornado was three quarters of a mile (1.2 km) wide and tracked across the ground for 5.1 miles (8.2 km), inflicting catastrophic damage in northwestern parts of Jarrell while killing 27 people.
To get to the point, there are some strange things that happen in a lightening storm. There is the possibility that what we are seeing is simply a reflection, but not likely.
The object/light does appear to be under some type of intelligent control.
