unknown celestial phenomena

Scientists of the Main Astronomical Observatory of Ukraine, located in Kyiv, published a report on unknown celestial phenomena over Ukraine.
Using specially calibrated cameras at two meteorological stations in Kyiv and in the village Vinarovka, 120 km from the capital, astronomers observed dozens of moving objects that “cannot be defined as natural phenomena.”
Researchers divided the recorded UFOs into two categories: “cosmic”; and "phantom" objects.
Space objects are light objects, brighter than the sky, they are given the names of birds – “swift”, “falcon”, “eagle”.
“Phantom” – dark, "completely black" objects 3-12 meters wide. They can move at speeds up to 53,000 km/h. For comparison, an intercontinental ballistic missile reaches speeds up to 24,000 km/h.
Some of the UFOs described in the report may be related to foreign military technology. According to a 2021 report by the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), at least some UFOs may be technology developed by China or Russia.
Formerly BAGNET reported that NASA is convincing scientists to study UFOs.
