The court of Sondrio is ready to make history. For the first time in a criminal trial, UFOs have been addressed. A story that is unbelievable occurred in Chiesa in Valmalenco, where the clash between a commander of the Carabinieri and his superiors has been going on for years. Thousands of euros were spent on an alleged fraud against the state for a total of 80 euros. And, to top it off, UFOs are at the center of the dispute.

The case of Chiesa in Valmalenco

As reconstructed by Libero, it all started eleven years ago. In fact, in 2011 the first paranormal phenomena were noted. Round objects in the skies and anomalous lights, everything suggests aliens. The episodes continue unabated: in 2013 the situation is always the same. And, in July, a citizen comes to the Carabinieri to tell what he has seen: the short-lived sighting of "a strange sphere of faint pulsing orange light."

The commander of the Carabinieri reports everything and reports that he witnessed the event. Over the years, the reports multiply. The authority continues to record all events, sending - as per procedure - reports to the relevant provincial Company Command and the Ministry of Defense. In 2019 the case broke out: the superiors instructed him not to send reports of unidentified flying objects and non-human but intelligent beings anymore. In short, enough with the aliens.

The aliens in court

The commander of the Carabinieri does not stop, he continues to send all the necessary reports. The superiors decide to carry out investigations and discover that, during the external patrols, the commander declared two hours more than those carried out. In his pocket 80 euros in 36 months, this is the extent of the alleged scam.

The commander rejects the accusation, but not only that. Asked by Libero, the lawyer Marco Della Luna turned the spotlight on the behavior of his superiors, guilty of having "started to persecute him because he refused to keep that documentation in the drawer." An act of real revenge, he retaliates, if you like. The agent is now at the stand for false ideology and fraud against the state. For eighty euros, (78.91) remember. But somehow history is made in Sondrio. "For the first time in a criminal trial, the aliens entered," the lawyer commented on Facebook: "The court, after two interrogations, admitted the production of a dossier of photographs and reports of a police command, in which both aliens and strange aircraft appear.”

Chiesa in Valmalenco: Alessandro Di Roio, now retired, is accused of false ideology and fraud against the state. According to the indictment, he claimed two and a half hours more for patrols. The defense: falsehood

One of the UFO sightings

Sondrio, 29 September 2022 - In the trial for false ideology and fraud against the state, these are the accusations made against Alessandro Di Roio, former lieutenant of the Carabinieri at Chiesa in Valmalenco and now retired, who would always say of the prosecution, pocketed the "beauty" of 80 euros not due and earned by declaring two and a half hours more to carry out patrols. An accusation that Di Roio has always returned to the sender and from which he is defending himself in the appropriate forums, defended by the lawyer Marco Della Luna of the Mantua bar.

A sentence of the TAR annulled a disciplinary measure taken at the time against Di Roio who is in the dock of the court of Sondrio and the military one of Verona. But what do UFOs have to do with it? Well in Valmalenco in recent years there have been several sightings of unidentified objects, and many complaints from the inhabitants of the area: strange lights, suspicious shadows, unidentified aircraft, and so on.

The defenders suspect that, at the origin of the accusations against Di Roio, there are continuous reports of UFO sightings that arrived at the barracks in that period and that the lieutenant brought to the attention of the provincial command and the ministry of defense.

According to the defense, Di Roio would have been "ordered" to moderate or even avoid sending all the paperwork relating to UFOs to the upper floors. The lieutenant said no and that was where the trouble started. Coincidence? Or is there something more. We will see, justice will take its course. Meanwhile, in Sondrio, the UFOs will enter the classroom!

Alessandro Di Roio, now retired, for the prosecution would have pocketed 80 euros not due and earned by declaring two and a half hours more to carry out patrols. He defends himself: falsehood.

Sondrio, 30 September 2022 - UFOs end up in court. Not as defendants or witnesses, God forbid since we are not quite so sure of their existence and presence, but as "proof" in the trial against Alessandro Di Roio, former lieutenant of the Carabinieri in Chiesa in Valmalenco and now retired, who, according to the accusatory apparatus, would have pocketed 80 euros not due and earned by declaring two and a half hours more to carry out patrols. Di Roio has always returned these accusations to the sender.

The accusations

Defended by the lawyer Marco Della Luna of the Court of Mantua, the former lieutenant of the Carabinieri, now retired, is trying to dismiss any accusation and to demonstrate his total innocence. The accusations are quite heavy: they range from possible false ideology to fraud against the state.

Ufo sightings in Valmalenco

A recent sentence of the TAR annulled a disciplinary measure taken some time ago against Di Roio who is however in the dock of the court of Sondrio and the military one of Verona. But what do UFOs have to do with this story?

It must be said that the Valmalenco in recent years has been the scene of several sightings of unidentified objects by the local population. On more than one occasion, the inhabitants have declared that they have seen strange lights, suspicious shadows, unidentified aircraft, unorthodox shapes, hominids, and so on. There is a lot to say about the veracity of these sightings but this is not the location.

Suspicious reports

The defenders of Di Roio suspect, in a nutshell, that, at the origin of the accusations against their client, there are precisely the continuous reports of UFO sightings that arrived at the barracks in that period and that the lieutenant brought to the attention of the command provincial and the Ministry of Defense.

It would also seem, according to the defense, that Di Roio would have been "ordered" to moderate or even avoid sending all the paperwork relating to UFOs to the upper floors. The lieutenant would have said no and from there the trouble started. This should be the defensive thesis. Just coincidences? Or is there something true in the assumptions of Di Roio's defenders? We will see, justice will take its course.

The dossier

Meanwhile, in Sondrio, the UFOs are about to enter the courtroom because the judge would have admitted as evidence a dossier on the series of sightings of unidentified objects in the period in which Alessandro Di Roio was operating in Chiesa in Valmalenco. The question will still go on but Di Roio and his lawyers are determined to battle to bring out the truth. The fact is that the military had taken sightings very seriously.

Investigate UFOs for 2 hours, Carabiniere on trial: unauthorized overtime.

October 14, 2022 CHRONICLE

It looks like a science fiction movie but it's not. It is a reality starring even the reliable weapon of the Carabinieri. A former marshal ended up on trial for false ideology in a public deed and continued fraud for having spent the time of his service (precisely 2 hours and 40 minutes, scoring 100 euros in gross overtime) for anti-alien patrols. Alessandro Di Roio, (now retired but the commander of the Chiesa station in Valmalenco, province of Sondrio, from 1996 to 2021) would have carried out part of his service "to look for UFOs".

The former non-commissioned officer returns the charges to the sender. "Falsehood, during the disputed hours, two in three years, I was on duty. And certainly not UFO hunting, even if at that time the sightings were almost daily and the terrified people turned to me." The dossier with photos of the defense

The defense of Di Roio, as reported by Corriera Della Sera, presented a 200-page dossier with images showing unusual objects plowing the skies of Valmalenco, in Valtellina, strange beings on top of the mountain, and semi-transparent shadows in the woods. At the trial, dossiers with reports on alleged sightings collected starting from 2011 were also presented.

"I collected citizens' reports"

The marshal (58 years old, born in Caracas to Italian parents and father of nine children) explains his attention to particular situations. “Citizens began to show up in the barracks describing spheres of pulsating lights, unidentified flying objects, paranormal phenomena. All I did was fill in the appropriate form and submit the report, five of them arrived at the higher offices, but I collected a total of twenty-six ”.

Unauthorized overtime

But at a certain point, the leaders of the weapon had ordered the marshal not to go on. But he had continued. "He could not stop, it would have been an omission of official documents - specifies his lawyer Marco Della Luna -. And it was at this point that my client became uncomfortable, so much so that a series of complaints began against him, including the 80 euros of patrols which, according to the prosecution, would have been unduly marked ”.

On January 11, the trial

Now we await the outcome of the updated process for 11 January. The lawyer of the former carabiniere smiles: "It is the first time that aliens enter a criminal case." While Di Roio unleashes: “They made fun of me, treated me like I was crazy. I went through a very difficult period, I got sick, but I can assure you that I have never failed in my duty and that I have never stolen anything from the State.”

"Defamation of superiors," Di Roio acquitted

Alessandro Di Roio was acquitted in Verona by the military court. The former lieutenant of the Carabinieri of Chiesa in Valmalenco, now retired, was acquitted yesterday afternoon of the continuous and aggravated defamation charges against the then captain of the Carabinieri of Sondrio Federica Galvagno and the then provincial commander, the colonel Emanuele De Ciuceis. Defended by the lawyer Marco Della Luna of the Court of Mantua, Di Roio has always declared himself innocent.

"We are satisfied - says Della Luna -, finally Alessandro will be able to celebrate the end of the affair. The prosecutor had asked for 3 months with a suspended sentence. My thesis had 5 firm points but the fact that he did not "There was the attribution of a specific act. This process should not even have started." Among the witnesses in favor of Di Roi, lieutenant Flavio Oberosler, now retired but who worked in Sondrio for 34 years. The alleged defamations concern the controversy concerning the many reports of UFO sightings in Valmalenco received by Di Roio and promptly transmitted to superiors. The defense suspects that "precisely because he continued to send these reports after he was told to moderate or avoid sending the paperwork relating to UFOs to the upper floors" Di Roio got into trouble.

Verona patrolled the streets to spot UFOs and aliens: Carabiniere on trial for fraud

Alessandro Di Roio has now retired and will have to defend himself from the accusation of having spent "more hours on duty to monitor aliens." His salary increased by 80 euros.

Some of the "strange presences" sighted in Valcamenco

He was on patrol to "carry out anti-alien checks." But, to carry them out, he would have attributed - and therefore made to pay by the State - extra hours of work: this is at least the singular accusation that sees a former Lombard soldier called to the dock before the judges of the Military Court of Verona.

The fraud against the state to hunt down extraterrestrials

It is the first time that extraterrestrials end up in a court of law and it will be the Scaligera military criminal one. Alessandro Di Roio, in the meantime, retired, responds to false ideology and fraud for having - according to the investigators' complaints - "deceived" the State about the hours of service he carried out for the anti-UFO patrols in the province of Sondrio: he would have "inflated" them to increase his salary by "well" 80 euros in a fraudulent way.

A figure, the latter relating to the amount of the alleged scam committed by the former carabiniere against the State, so ridiculous as to make a story even more paradoxical that focuses on the patrols carried out by the then military of the Arma to monitor the alien situation in their area of competence.

The reports in the skies of northern Italy

A surveillance service that the former lieutenant of the Carabinieri had decided to carry out after the increasingly frequent sightings of alleged UFOs and other anomalous flying objects in the skies in Valcamenco, near Sondrio.

An incredible legal matter that is about to be discussed at the Scaliger Military Court, is an unprecedented case that began in Lombardy in 2013 when citizens began to show up in the barracks describing to the military that they had seen strange "paranormal phenomena" in the sky, something similar to pulsating spheres of light, unspecified flying objects of a faint orange hue.

The allegations of scam and fake

Over time such reports increased, so Lieutenant Di Roio decided to go out on patrol to check the situation. He, during those checks, spotted some "unusual flying presences," and began to send - as required by the internal procedure of the weapon - the related reports and documentation to his superiors. The years passed and the sightings in the area multiplied, so the military continued with patrols and reports. In 2019, however, suddenly the order came from "above" to stop and no longer send all those reports on alleged sightings to superiors anomalous in the sky. It is not over, because shortly after the carabinierehe also found himself accused of fraud and falsehood because, in carrying out those anti-UFO and alien patrols, he would have scored the "beauty" of 2 (!) more hours of service, thus deceiving the State for 80 euros.

The first time in the classroom for aliens

A more unique than the rare story that ended in front of the military magistrates of Verona, a story that seems almost more "anomalous" than the flying sightings in the Lombard skies: "For the first time in a criminal trial the aliens entered - ironically. Lawyer Marco Della Luna who defends the former Carabiniere -, the judges after two interrogations admitted the production of a dossier of photographs and reports of a command of the Carabinieri, in which both flying objects and strange aircraft appear as an "alien" process.
