control room when Neil Armstrong met reptilians on the moon.
William Mills Tompkins (May 29, 1923 – August 21, 2017), also known as Bill Tompkins, was an aerospace engineer and U.S. Navy intelligence operative who claimed direct involvement in classified programs linking American aerospace development to extraterrestrial intelligence through the U.S. government's purported secret space programs and alleged cooperation with non-human intelligent beings.
