several years...
The UFO sightings of Hudson Valley, New
York, have set themselves apart, being one of the few places where such
sightings have occurred over several years.
Starting in 1982, witnesses reported seeing
a large stationary craft with numerous
bright lights in the sky above Hudson
Valley.
Typically seen around 9pm, this object was
described as larger than a football field
and could hover at a low altitude.
Over time, the UFO made brief appearances
which highlighted its boomerang shape.
By 1986, around 5,000 witnesses reported
seeing the strange lights.
