Eugene, Oregon - 01-17-16 - At 11:20 pm on 01-17-2015, I was on my deck and saw a strange string of lights that looked like radiating stars in perfect alignment and spaced equally like on a kite string. I took pictures for 20 minutes then my phone died. I was shocked to see this and got my sister to look at them as I had never seen anything like this.

At first we thought they were airplanes arriving at the airport, but they never moved and then they glided down in synch following the arc pattern in the sky. They were white with various levels of brightness.

Santa Cruz, Bolivia - 01-23-16 - This happened in the town of Chochis, Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I witnessed this while on holiday.

I had already heard stories that these types of things were often seen in the area. After visiting all the places we wanted to, we walked two kilometers from the Sanctuary of Chochis. Here we went to see a farm that belonged to a friend.

It was then that we saw a light, at first from afar. It was where he kept his cattle. We went closer to investigate, and then we were surprised to see this light approaching.

Citrus Heights, California - 2016 - I was at my house in Citrus Heights moving my car for my brother-in-law to go to work. I observed an object that was unusually bright to the east in the sky.

I pointed it out to my brother-in-law and asked him what he thought it was. I observed it slowly ascending into the sky 40 degrees from the horizon. This was about 5:45 in the morning.

I returned inside to get the telescope that we have. I proceeded to set up the telescope outside my front door and view the object through the lens.

Diablo Grande, California - Driving home from L.A. sightseeing in Hollywood, our trip home was quite uneventful. At least until we were somewhere in the Diablo Grande driving north on Interstate 5 (I-5).

I inadvertantly mentioned how beautiful the sunset was. In response my wife gets my phone and takes a picture, then notices after taking the photo that there was a strange anomaly.

So we looked to the sky to confirm our findings and we witnessed the exact same shape for not more than 30 seconds when it dispersed, dissappeared, disintigrated; not sure what word to use there.

Whitby, Yorkshire, UK - Coastline - 2016 - Theories have ranged from the moon peeping out from behind the clouds through to a meteor. But whatever the object over the Whitby coast is identified as, the photographer - who took the snap at around 7.30pm on Monday night - admits to being ‘freaked out’ by the experience.

Photographer Andrew Beattie, originally from Yarm, had taken a stroll to the beach in an attempt the capture the aurora. He said: “I had a walk down to the sea wall near the beach huts to see if I could catch a glimpse of the aurora.

"I set up my tripod and camera and it was pointing out to sea. I saw a strange red glow above the light house, around 100 to 150ft above it.

Random Island, Feb. 23, 2016 - CLARENVILLE, NL — Chad Haines says he’s the last person who might believe in aliens, extraterrestrials or UFOs.

But after witnessing an unidentified flying craft near his house early in 2016, he can’t explain what else it could’ve been.

While deleting some images off his camera this past week to make space in preparation for Christmas morning, Haines stumbled upon some photos he took the night of Feb. 23, 2016, from his Bayview Road home.
