I was taking a walk outside yesterday, and noticed this strange "object" or UFO in the sky. It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen before, and it's NOT the moon.

It was in the opposite direction. It was not moving that much, more like a hovering, but soundless, I quickly snapped a picture of it with my cell phone (nokia 5300) and got back inside.

When I uploaded it to my computer, I noticed this blue/green glowing aura like ring around it, and it seems like it is spitting or sending these blue "dots" out, which are all over the place in the picture also. This I didn't notice at the time the picture was taken.

What could it be?
