A graduate of Cal State University at Hayward with a degree in Psychology and Latin American Studies, Ruben Uriarte has been a member of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) for over 20 years and is currently state director for Northern California.
Noe Torres holds a Master's degree in Library Science from the University of Texas at Austin. His first book, published in 2005, was titled Ghost Leagues, and his second book, published in March of 2006, was Baseball's First Mexican-American Star. In addition to his sports-related books, he is working with Ruben Uriarte on a series of UFO-related titles.
