On 08/29/06 around 10:30 p.m. while driving to work near Taylor, Tx my wife calls me saying there is this extremely bright beam of light off the side of the road. She said the light was so intense she couldn't even see where it was coming from. It was beaming down from an angle.
She stated that she wasn't the only one driving on the road viewing this beam of light. I told her, hang up and take a picture of it on her camera phone. She told me as she went to take a picture of the beam of light; the light, as she described it, exploded where it was touching the ground. This is the image she caught. As you can see in the picture the road side and how bright the light was.
